    EVGA has a number of resellers in Australia.
    http://www.evga.com.au/products/WhereToBuy.asp?t=Retail

    unfortunately for us it's very rare that they stock the full product range, or have a decent supply in stock at any one time so you have to shop around a bit and sometimes wait for stock to come in, but you can generally get what you are after with a bit of patience.

    It would be nice if they started an Evga online store like in the US and EU, both so we have a decent supply of product and so we can use our EVGA bucks, but I don't see that happening any time soon

    I am in US, and I have tried to use my EVGA bucks at that online store, with the same corporate CC I use to buy dozens of purchases at Newegg and dozens of other places, and it wouldn't work. Called EVGA about it more than once, they told me BS about the address didn't match - the exact same addr I used at other places. So I even tried subtle changes to the addr, like periods (P.O.), and called my bank and they said it was not rejected at their end. I even tried again two days later, and again three days after that. They refused to try running my card manually, you can only do it through the website. Bottom line: I can't use my 62 EVGA bucks, nor buy from the EVGA online store since I need to use the corporate CC. They gave the excuse something like 'we like to protect you at EVGA by screening your CC info very carefully, as a premium service to you' (not exact words) - don't matter, bottom line is it makes it useless to me.

    @my australian co-hardware enthusiasts: I would recommend buying from performance-pcs.com (which has the x79 classy and ftw in right now) when you have high end hardware needs (evga, asus) that you can't fulfill domestically: they advertise international shipping and they are a small retailer so I doubt they'll turn away business. I use them and sidewinder for watercooling supplies I've never had any problems with either.

    @halloweenweed
    hey buddy that sucks! I'd appeal to jacob / some corporate officer if I were you. if that doesn't work, you might (after consulting with attorney licensed to give legal advice in your jurisdiction ... this is not legal advice tailored to all your circumstances, just some thoughts based on my limited understanding and desire to help a friend ... I'm licenced to practice only in maryland and a few federal courts but am not actively practicing anymore) write a well written demand letter alleging some kind of contract/promissory estoppel/misrepresentation claim (without actually stating the names of those claims) explaining the address bs, how bank isn't rejecting, how they obviously know it's you, how they induced you by means of evga bucks promotion to engage in commerce with them to get evga bucks, how you did so in reliance on their inducements/representations, how now they are refusing to honor their promotion for reasons that are arbitrary, capricious and show they did not honestly intend to honor in first place or now aren't doing it etc.

    then maybe send it registered mail return receipt requested, post it on hardware blogs, the forums, etc. this same address business is total BS when it's not your bank rejecting and THEY KNOW IT'S YOU. I'm outraged for you man.

    I'm done doing any sort of business W/EVGA. Thanx for your concern. I wanted to get a B-stock E758 but ended up getting the Asus R4E instead, and very glad I did. Sometimes things just work out for the best.

    Unfortunately, one of the suppliers on that list (pc case gear) don't seem to be stocking EVGA motherboards anymore because of "issues" with EVGA. That's unfortunate, because that particular supplier is the only supplier I use online (best prices, great service) in Australia. I really wanted to get an EVGA X79 FTW, but I'm probably going to go the Asus Rampage route in the end.

    edit: Had a look at the other suppliers and the availability of even the evga X79 sli (or even any evga motherboard) is lacklustre.

    Since you stated that it was a corporate CC then it's that billing address that will be on file. your shipping address may need to be the same also as some sites will not ship if those addresses are different. this is not only a policy that evga may have but the authorizing company also.

    Dear HalloweenWeed,

    I can confirm that your credit card company is not authorizing your billing address as a valid address on your credit card and we are declining the purchase due to this. I am very sorry that this has caused you an inconvenience, but we do verify the billing address in order to protect you from false purchases and in order to protect us. I can recommend that if you feel that this address is correct to contact your bank and ensure that this is the address that they have on file for the primary billing address. I did offer to help further on the post that you linked and this offer still stands, but I would need to know what product you are interested in and the shipping method that you prefer to assist you. Please email this information to chrisb@evga.com if you do want assistance.

    Some of these have already been sent to retailers in Europe but they are high in demand. If you can not find any you'll have to wait for the next shipment of these cards but I have no estimates for you at this time. Choose the notify me button next to the item you want on the EVGA EU website. When stock becomes available then you will be notified.
