is it just me or does it look like the slotted end doesn't come flush with the card itself .It clearly looks like 1/2 to 3/4 of the vented slots dont even connect to the card housing bracket?

I wonder if the heatpipes on the side of the card would be a concern to hit the side intake fan on certain case models. Be a tight fit if so.

I hate gpu's that have heat pipes dangling out of the side of them, the look lame, although they serve a purpose, they tend to get in the way.

That doesn't look good at all. If it needs pipe's like that out the side this card runs hot. But that pic also looks funny, we will have to wait and see.

You would think by now Nvidia would catch on and go 4-way like ATI does with it's cards Are you going to buy a extra PSU to run it? 300w x 4 =1200w. nVidia probably figured most end users would not be happy having to purchase and run dual PSU. And configuring it for tri-SLI makes much more sense under a single PSU application. There's plenty of 1200w PSU's in the market.

Trying to fit in 2 big ass power supplies and then having the outlets necessary on different breakers to safely draw that much power. Hell, I hope I don't burn the house down.

100% chance it won't look like that when it ships. Why? The casing is ridged. No room for OEM sticker. Remember how they complained about the 295? Same issue.

I like, I don't mind the heatpipes at all if it is the final product. I'll be waiting for the 2nd generation Fermi card though. The slotted end looks perfectly fine and flush to me, I think what's throwing you guys off is the picture and the color of the bracket not blending right with the black cover.

I am leaning towards this being "Crap". The pic clearly shows one 6pin and one 8pin... But their wording claims one 6 pin and two 8pins? And it Nvidia really did have a reference card with the heat-pipes coming out the top like that in today's world... They are silly and would give ATI all the ammo they need to bash them. Aftermarket... sure. But in today's world of small cases.... for a reference card. Bad idea...
