tanner, time it so that we drop on the 14th, thats the important part:) anyway as far as dropping the limiter. I think its fine the man has put a lot of work and thought into it. it seems to be ok. lets look if we dont make the 26mil per day in a few days have him drop it.

Thanks to old-slo-gamer I remembered a 550ti and 460 were in my closet.
Switched stuff around, installed them and reinstalled drivers. Have them up and running, should add  20-24k per day.
 
I also would leave the contest the same, with SBI in place.
I trust Troy. Troy has the whole picture I don't. 
 
Would like to hear the thoughts from everyone else.

I have started up a couple of extra smp boxes and started my 3x GTS450s aswell to keep a better baseline although it will push me way over my 250K, I will also try run my 970 oneunited through the night and see if its cool enough for it to keep running yet.  The problem with these larger bigadvs is the 6904s take 3 days and the 6903s take 2 with my systems. 
I was also unlucky enough to have gotten a couple of 6903s which take 4+ days get to 100% then refuse to upload
 

As if there weren't enough variables in this contest, guess there are land mines as well. 

no problems man, its just a quirk of the contest. there is really no way that the rest of us can make up the differance when we are allready at our baseline as a team. if the other rigs catch you guys up, cool, but don't kill yourselves. guys, I am donating my points on friday to Jeff. Cant really see it hurting us anyway, lol

I just put on 2x GPU's for him today, will keep them there through Friday...  Although don't give up on the competition quite yet; we're up to 5th place and climbing; I also just stood up 5x more low end SMP's and have another ~5x coming online tomorrow if time permits...  Oh, and I also just put in an old air conditioner, and I'm noticing that as my temps lower my PPD is rising. 

yah, your right! we are catching up:) I am still giving 24 hours to jeff on friday. not giving up on our team though, hope you guys understand. I will double up after to make up for the lost team points.

hey team, just wanted to report in. I installed my new 580 last night and im having some issues getting the system working smoothly again. 
 
so for the time being, my rig is down. hopefully i can get it working tonight. 

We just need to push to 4th, I'm on par (so long as I quit getting these land mine 3 day WU's in my SMP bucket) to make 230k today...  If we all just keep trudging we can make up the 200k difference between us and 4th!
