Fan swap 1080ti SC2 Hybrid? Is the radiator fan dynamic?

If you swap out the stock radiator fan by a 4-pin fan and plug that into the motherboard, you can use SpeedFan to control RPMs based on the GPU temp (with a fan curve, if you like).

Intresting. I thought i could control the pump and power fan but not the rad fan. I'll have to look tonight, but really thought i was changing pump speed when i was checking for noise and testing each fan out 0-100% for noise and bubbles. The sliders even move to what i set for the pump, and indicate it changing rpms with the temp settings. Is precision just giving me false readings?
