Fan speed 0 RPM?

So, Flow Control shows my fan speed to be 0 RPM, but my liquid temperature is 35c and my core temps hovering between 45 and 50. Is there a problem with Flow Control reporting fan speed?

    I guess I didn't realize that there was a silent mode when the fan curve was set to Auto.

    I'm not sure, I manually set them to full so I could hear if they began to spin. When I set them back to Auto, they spin down to 0 again. I don't see a graph that indicates the fan speed profile when set to auto.

    Is your plug 4 Pin Radiator Fans Power Cable into pump where control with EVGA Flow software!

    I would be kind of shocked if it ever had the fan being at zero RPM. It makes me wonder if the header you have it plugged into might not be getting full power from the motherboard.

    Newest version [2.0.9.0] of Flow control - Win 10 1909 on my machine = minimum is 25%   (dotted line for Custom Curve)
     
    Make sure your MB header is at 100% [DC] for the pump & fans to work correctly
     
    I'm using 4 fans (Push/pull) on  a self powered fan Hub & not the CLC ... so I can't test at this time
