Are you sure that's not Preston you're staring at in front of you????? lolz

Yep, I'm sure. If Preston tries to bromance me once more I will make him wear that blue sequined dress for a while though.

Preston, bromance, blue sequined dress? All in the same sentence? Sometimes Zuhl I think you are your worst enemy. LOL j/k

The 19th, in 4 days.

From that link that I posted, toward the bottom, there is a clue that Bethesda is not done releasing DLC after Far Harbor.

Anything would help. Right now I only have Frick and Frack at the Cambridge Police Station giving me missions and they are getting rather tedious doing the same thing over and over.

I hear you. That's why I am taking my time. Besides, if I play it on week days I don't get much sleep and I have a job. LOL

I don't even have 275 hours yet. IDK how they are selling the idea that there is over 400 hours of gameplay in this thing. I am finally catching on to how to play DOOM. Not an easy thing to do if you never played it before. I keep pressing 'Shift' to run faster before I jump but the key binding for 'Shift' is to walk so I jump up and fall straight into a pit of lava and die. No way to save progress either like in Fallout 4.

I haven't played any Doom games yet but may have to give it a try.

That rating of 400 plus hours is based on complete exploration. Essentially no stone unturned. I am still finding new locations to explore and am at 645 hours. Part of this (for me) is due to combining the entire game and DLC. I blew through the first DLC in short order. I do get side quests from the Mechanist and that adds a little. Also, there is the settlement building for those that like to tinker in architecture related things. LOL

I do want to see how many caps I can carry on me.

I need to find out what is wrong with Bunker Hill. Ever since the first attack there all of the Settlers are crouched down with their hands covering their head trembling in fear. The only people walking around like nothing happened are the Provisioners and Caravan Guards. I need to hire a Psychiatrist for them. Even Kessler is shaking like a leaf and won't get up to even talk to me.

Its a bug, its how you did the quest that got them locked in oh no mode, had it happen when I didn't clear the outside from the battle. Basically bum rushing to the synths at the bottom. It will go away after a long time, but best solution is to go back a save and do that part of Bunker hill over again.

I just wasted the Courser in the alley as soon as he turned his back using my Explosive Shotgun before we even entered Bunker Hill. Poor guy didn't stand a chance. I think I've found my calling in life. Zuhl, Courser Killer! "No job too big or too small. Prices available upon request"

I created 2 concrete towers which led to multiple connecting hallways. There is a major problem if you create these type of structures... Wire management... placing the electrical wiring takes a little bit of strategy, especially if you're doing it outside, then the risk of falling, face first, from 5 stories to the ground, but at the end, it looks superb.

Would be interesting if they made a quest to rescue the spokesperson on Diamond City radio, and then he could tell his fantastic stories on how the vault dweller helped him get rescued from the super mutants.... Then again, it should be the BOS that capture him, because he made a comment that the "BOS were going to take over," and later said, "That, uhh... that was a joke, and if the Brotherhood is listening, I'm sure you're very nice...!" with the uttering of "Please don't kill me" at the end. This would be a cool quest, I would think.

Wrapped up the mess in Quincy.  Used my suit of T-51 armor to do it too.   Nothing like the sound of Gunners screaming in terror as I perform a DFA jump into the middle of them.   Granted the higher level shoot at me instead of screaming and running away.  But that's okay as well. After that we finished off Nicks quest line.

Next I need to head downtown and "liberate" a certain super mutant from a tower.  Then off to dragging him around with me till I can earn his admiration.

And lately the BOS has been really irritating me.  I'll be creeping into an enemy encampment getting ready to get busy and along comes a vertibird and puts EVERYBODY on alert.  So... I might have shot down one or two vertibirds.

I was just exploring around Mystic Pines and found a whole underground complex. I know it wasn't there before because I looked. I got caught lockpicking and warned that the owner was now hostile towards me. I'd better wait a few days and then visit Covenant and see if they are hostile or not. Maybe I'll give Cait my 'Never Ending Shotgun' and go to town on those whackos in there. I just stripped Cait of all of the 'junk' she's been picking up and she had a ton of useless armor, three or four of every weapon and a whole wardrobe of Raider leathers, masks, sledgehammers and everyting else imaginable. I took it and scapped it. I kept telling her to check out a corpse and she always left the Stimpacks and Ammo for some reason. That girl is a clepto.

Mystic Pines? Where is this located?

I won't allow Cait or any other companion to search bodies for loot because of what you described. If you haven't noticed this about Cait, she nags you about spare ammo. I check her supply that I gave her and she hardly touched it.

Spoiler Alert.

I'm not sure if you know this but Covenant is a settlement that you "can" control provided that you get rid of the current population and bring in new people.

I did some digging and there is a mission in Covenant to unlock its Workbench and the underground complex. You need to talk to someone named Dan unless you alreay killed him of course.
I only leave ammo behind for Cait after I loot the corpse and take all of the other stuff. Somehow she got her hands on a Fatman, Missile Launcher, a Targetting Triple Missile launcher and all kinds of things that I don't feel comfortable with her having in her possession for safety reasons. I fear for my life whenever Cait gets around anything explosive. That poor kid has no common sense.

I did that mission and Covenant is mine. If you haven't done so I won't spoil it for you.

I give Cait all kinds of weapons but I keep the ammo. Missile launchers, auto weapons but no grenades. As long as I don't use power armor than she stays calm and doesn't nag me. LOL

I have to find a chair to sit and wait for a while to make sure that Covenant isn't hostile before I go back. Diamond City was hostile with everyone and their uncle shooting at me but after 3 days they forgave me and forgot all about it. I saw the Nuka World video somewhere on YouTube. Now the waiting game begins. I still want to see what Far Harbor is all about.
