Im using OC BIOS on gpus. They both run around 27C idle and in game or heavy apps 78C max.
Using normal bios my gpus would idle on 60C and in game or heavy apps 87C insane.

Made sure the fans are set to auto, maxed the power and temp targets, +1000 on the memory, +120 on the core.  Opened the front door of the case for some more airflow.
 
Hitting a max of 80C in Port Royal, fans come up to 75% as the core arrives at 80C.  Seems everything is working as it should and maybe I had the fans set wrong while playing GTA V.  Going to give it another go now.
 
Idle temp seems high at 55C, but my better half likes to keep it toasty in the house.  Coupled with the Define R6, temps are going to be a bit less gooder than many.

+100 core, +600 mem. i live in Perth Australia.
No fan profile, warm ambient temp.
 
i turned off the LEDs and gained 10c (jk)

Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow
Corsair Elite Capellix h150i for intake (three fans) & three exhaust fans.

• Idle temps hover around 32 - 40C.
• With Precision x1 default settings: in-game temps peak at 81C.
• If I set a very aggressive fan curve with fans at 95% (ton of noise), load temps fall to 76C.

 
Edit: An update on how I fixed my ridiculously high GPU usage in-game and crazy high GPU temps. My 4K monitor is 60hz only (the one I want to get is OOS), so in-game, I capped the framerate to 60 fps and enabled v-sync. I did this particularly for modern warfare which showed previously a 97% GPU usage and temps between 75 - 81C. My GPU usage has dropped dramatically and my GPU temps are now 64 - 66C.

Load temps on my RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra don't exceed 70C with no overclocking. However I have a Corsair 1000D with 15 fans. Idle temp about 45C.

My idle temps for my 3090 FTW3 Ultra are around 30C to 34C and full load usually around 72C to 76C depending on what games I am playing.

2x 140mm intake on the bottom, 2x 140mm intake on the front, 360mm push and pull rad on top

I'm very intrigued by the majority of folks with their low idle temps.  Curious to know if you did anything special?  I don't run into any problems, but I find it odd how my card is 20+° C more than most other owners.

I've a Phanteks P500A with two fans in front, one in back, and a 280 AIO blowing out the top.  They ramp up if the CPU needs it.
 
Nothing fancy with the GPU fans.  It's set to use the 'auto'/Default profile.  In the past couple days they have been spinning at ~33%, when before they were only ~%10.  Yesterday it was idling at 45°C; at this moment it's 42°C.  My room was 3-4°C warmer before, so I dunno.  
 
Lots of variables.  As long as I can game, I'm happy.  Temps are interesting to check, and so far haven't impacted my experience.

This is the fan curve I have set up. I get 76C in-game. If I just set my fans to auto, my 3090 topples 81C.

I have never used PX1, from that pic does that say you have a 405MHz mem OC and 210MHz GPU clock over what it came with out of the box?

Also, since I have an EVGA FTW3 3090, does it matter I am using AB over X1? Am I missing out on anything important besides the 3rd fan control?

The pic shows the current clock speeds and voltage. Since my GPU was idling when I took that screenshot, that's why it's so low and the temp is at 33C.
 
I use both x1 and MSI AB. I like the granular fan curve control per fan in x1. You can also edit the LEDs on the card if you're into customizing it. I actually used AB to undervolt my 3090 a few weeks ago and the card kept max at 68C in game but I decided to reset it back to stock since I need the extra FPS for cyberpunk maxed out.

Ok no worries, yeah my temps are fairly similar.

I was going to undervolt the GPU, but I am actually more interested in OCing. So atm I am unsure if undervolting and overclocking at the same time will be desirable, probably not.

Just curious to get a consensus on what general temps look like. On top of that, how are the acoustics? What kind of case are you using?

I am really just playing ff14 Online and Warframe, both on max settings, on a 1440 monitor at 165 htz.  For several hours at a time.
 
I am running precision X1 and the card is in default mode
My clock speed maxes at 1950 mhz but boosts from 210 mhz to 1950.
 
The card is red lipped and serial starts with 2012.  Received it on notify queue middle of November.  
 
So far working ok I think.  Its likely middle of the road for "silicon lottery" since its not boosting past 1950 but I don't care.  Note everything is default in precision.  I am not manually OCing.. have no intention to manual OC.
