FTW3 3080 Ultra Not Posting After Updating to Hybrid Bios

I recently installed the hybrid kit for my 3080 Ultra. It was working until i updated the bios to the hybrid bios, shortly after i updated to this bios the screen blacked out and there was no display.
 
Since then i cannot get the computer to boot with the GPU plugged in.
 
Does anyone have to fix or is it an immediate RMA?

    Switch to the other vbios the card ships with. The vbios switch is located just to the right of the triple 8-pin power inputs.

    Switching to the other Bios does not work. The card simply refuses to show a display out after updating the Bios.

    After switching the vbios switch, powering the system off then back on still results in no display? If yes, you’ll need to rma if all other outputs on the gpu result in no display as well.

    Unfortunately, yes, the VGA light on the motherboard flashes and wont post. I have submitted a ticket with EVGA support.
