Extremely low 3D Mark score

I FINALLY was able to get my PC fully built, but when I run 3D Mark my EVGA 3090 is only getting a score of 3k. I get abysmal framerates in all my games, and I don't feel like this is correct. All the power settings are set to max performance, any thoughts?
 
GPU: RTX 3090 - FTW3 ULTRA

CPU: AMD 5950x

Motherboard: ASUS Dark Hero

RAM: 128GB (4x32 3600MHz)

PSU: EVGA SuperNova T2 850W

    Which benchmark are you using? Most people when they run benchmarks don't change any settings and just run with the default preset so the scores can be comparable. Run Time Spy and don't change anything, not ultra, not extreme, just regular Time Spy and tell us your score.

    I just fixed it, so this is a moot point, but the Asus Dark Hero was throttling the card hardcore. I forced everything into pcie 4.0 and now at default I'm getting a 20k score.

    I just ran Time Spy default preset. I am running two monitors, the one that the test was on is a 4K the other is a 2560 X 1440
    Score is 15 102

    3K? That’s the score my 1070 mobile gets in Timespy. Maybe the PSU is underpowered?

    It was the motherboard. On auto, it was not running the graphics card at PCIE 4.0, once I set everything to PCIE 4.0 it runs WAY better, but now everything idles at 50C.

    Doesn't the card throttle due to temperature spikes?

    I don't notice much throttling, on heavy load it stays around 70C, and eats through everything I throw at it.
