Partnershops in EU selling 3070ti für $1.5k 3080ti for $2.5k

Why not directly sell to loyal EVGA Customers but to Scalper Shops in EU?

Any Reason for that pls elaborate

The reason is they can. The second reason is that EVGA allows it and they don't give the slightest <insert the world most used f word here>.

I would sign the petition that they need to fulfill their ELITE members program first, before they further supply these scalper shops in EU.

As in the United States EU retailers can sell items for whatever price they wish above the MSRP. If you look at an item on the eu.evga.com site and you choose auto notify this is one way to try and get an item at MSRP. Yes, you'll have to wait, but with the global semiconductor shortage there is no alternative.

I fully agree. EVGA EU loyal customers got only 8 3080TI cards...Yea, only 8. But scalpers shops across EU looks to have much more and don't mind to sell it for 2149 EUR!

sweden seem to be odd out. retailers are trying to have their prices lower than rest of the world it seems. Two reputable retailers ive checked are even listing evga more or less at msrp. 3080's for 1000 euros (ex: inet, elgiganten) no stock though so eeeh :D

Retailers are buying through distributors that handle the logistics of getting the cards from manufacturing country to retail country. They are increasing prices for graphics cards because they can and retailers have no choice but to sell at these increased prices. If they cared to have a choice that is.

This is only half-true. There is some price increase, but alot of it are infact retailers themselves with the argument it is about "market pricing"

This is only half-true, distributors are the main mark-up point as far as I can tell, even retailers who want to offer good prices simply can't, as that's the price they get the cards for from distributors and if they sell it for less they lose money...

Nothing I wrote implied retailers selling at a loss. I am not sure that you are aware of what you are replying to.
