Does this issue occur in full screen & windowed mode? If you own a g-sync monitor does disabling g-sync eliminate the issue? Does doing #4 listed here help get rid of the flickering?

That looks like some form of anti alaising or filtering issue. Have a look at this Nvidia control panel guide, and see if overriding the application settings in the control panel fixes the issue.

I'm running a 1080Ti with a Dell 1440p G sync monitor and haven't noticed any flickering edges to textures. But I do use my own settings in Nvidia control panel. I don't use Geforce Experience to 'Optimise' any games. Most of my settings are turned up to run a higher quality image. I'm on my phone at the mo, so can't check which settings I have, I'll have a look later 👍

Sounds like a nvidia driver issue.

only 100% raytracing can fix it.

If it isn't that, there's always z-fighting. Like you say,  rendering techniques are approximations and the math introduces artifacts due this.

ULMB is off. I tried change refresh to 60Hz and that didnt fix the problem. I will check the older drivers. So everybody has the same issue like me?

If I look for them, I can find graphical glitches and errors in every single game I own. Certain issues, yes every one has them. Some have work arounds, some don't. You've played Fallout 3 right? Didn't the flicking bother you or the awful bloom?

I didn't play Fallout 3, I played The Witcher 3.I'm talking about "flickering edges" because i see that in every game and it looks the same in every game. I need last reply. Does everyone have the "flickering edges" and that's normal and doesn't exist fix or only me and some people got this problem and no one knows why?

Seems like some people notice it, some don't. According to post #15 it is something that can't be fixed with current, widely used rendering methods. 
 
Try sitting further away from the monitor or just concentrate on the action instead.

I don't recall seeing any flickering edges in Witcher 3. Could you upload a clip of YOUR Witcher 3 showing the flickering, including the settings you are using?
Geforce Experience is good at recording clips, it's easy to turn the feature on, ALT F9 starts/stops the recording. And YouTube is free 😉

I'll upload a clip later if you want to compare.

The trees in the background of the mountain @50 seconds (dark ones on the backdrop of the tan mountain side) exhibit the flickering. Don't look at it though - once you see it you'll always look for it.
