I read somewhere in this thread that EVGA excepts only US credit card? I hope that's not true, can someone please make this 100% clear and confirm. The exchange happens during transaction so I don't see that been an issue, did someone made that up

For Paypal US CC is not required right? and any extra charges with PayPal?

Perhaps it’s not just the payment method that’s an issue for EVGA. Maybe they will only ship to US addresses?

He could probably use Paypal and then use a forwarding service in the US that will ship it to the EU. Thats if EVGA customer service would allow that. They may not want to service EU customers through this channel.

 My shipping address will be US only. Its just that I do not posses an US CC

It's still not clear to me if these batches of cards are DEDICATED to US market. The sad thing is that I subscribed the notification for two 3090 cards through the "eu.evga.com" website, and I can't find any clear info about the fact that the notification queue is different for EU users. This is a bit unfair...apparently I'm in a good position on the spreadsheet but I believe they will skip my entry because I'm in queue for a market that will not receive any card by now? Moreover until yesterday I could see my active notifications on the "myNotifies" webpage, but today it's showing completely nothing. Something is changing? So sad...

Nothing official, it's just a spreadsheet that a user build to keep track of who is in queue with which card, and who has received a notification and who not. Adding yourself to this list does give you any extra chance to have the card sooner, nothing of nothing. List is updated by any user on the internet, I can add myself in first position for all cards...ahahah! Clear?

I think the best way to think of the spreadsheet as an approximation of where you are in the list and how far EVGA has made it into the queue, but we don't know if 25%, 50% or 99.9% of consumers who clicked "auto-notify" have self-reported to the spreadsheet.  Because of that, we don't know if a drop of 40 FTW3 Ultras will move us through 10, 20 or 40 spots on the FTW3 Ultra spreadsheet.  But, when we get a report back that somebody that clicked auto-notify at 7:43 am on 9/17 received an email invitation to purchase the card, then we have a rough approximation of how far away we are from receiving an invite email. 
 
And, as a reminder, the queues are card-specific, so somebody on the FTW3 3090 that was listed at 1 pm on 9/17 may receive an email before somebody on the FTW3 Ultra 3080 list at 9:30 am on 9/17.

Wait it seems all EU notification are removed from the US site. Atleast from the forum posts say so. That means the US queue might actually move faster. Good news for US customers

So, the queue could actually shrink, given EU Notifies in the US queue.  Sorry EU, but this is good news for ol' drewski989.  The queue was starting to pick up steam anyways, so this could be really good.
