I expect next week unless they just do all Ultras again. I don't have the exact specs of the black handy, but the XC3 Ultra is a 2pin card with a 366W power limit (that practically tops out at 340ish) and the FTW3 Ultra is a 3pin with BIOS that gets it up to 450W. And the FTW3 is a non-reference PCB that runs 10-15'C cooler than the XC3. Depending on what kind of consumer you are, that either doesn't matter at all or makes all the difference in the world.
