tshalev Wow, that's two days of movement already for 3987 today.
I think the 3090 queue is a lot less dense than the others based on the spreadsheets I've seen. That movement might be 5 - 10 cards.

viperp12 Is it seriously STILL taking months to get anything? Wow. So are these going to be obsolete by the time the queue is up?
Honestly, it’s possible. Especially for those even later.. but who knows what is coming next and when?

Yeah, I would imagine it’s a lot less dense due to the high price in comparison to the 3080s. And if you’re going to dish out that much on a 3090, you might as well throw in a bit extra and get the KPE. Those together would highly reduce demand for the 3090 (in this queue system, at least).

You're not wrong, I personally missed the boat on the KPE notify queue: 24G-P5-3998-KR 2/1/2021 7:30:10 PM PT No 24G-P5-3987-KR 10/26/2020 10:26:38 AM PT No

I would argue that 3090 purchasers are more likely to be core and eager to buy when the series first launched. That suggests to me that the 3090 FTW3 Ultra registrations were more heavily front loaded than perhaps the 3080s (i.e., huge volumes of registrations during the launch window and the queue announcement window (10/5 and 10/6)). Folks who waited to click the button were/are likely looking for the hybrids or HCs. I would expect the 3090 FTW3 Ultra to continue to rip through the timeline....

The nerd in me would love for EVGA to release statistics on the queues when this is all over. Even the raw data so we could sift through it ourselves.

For sure, I personally just started throwing my e-mail on every single list at some point 😅. Considering the movement of the queues so far, this SKU is probably the one I'll end up going for. Kingpin or hybrid/HC would be nice, but who knows how long off it'd be for those. Now if only I could find a suitable PSU!
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the community spreadsheet ☺️. I hope you all get your card soon! If you found the spreadsheet useful, please consider using my associate code for your next purchase:

Really curious as to why the 3985 & 3973 appear to not be moving at all...are the 3090 dies coming out too good to 'waste' on the bottom of the 3090 stack product???

Whatever their reason is for not sharing information will not change in a few months. Maybe apply for a specific kind of job there, then you could know. But not share. At least it might scratch your itch if it's your line of work.

I would happily take a consulting gig for them to review the data...a 2 hour contract. I pay them two Chipotle Bowls and a new quesadilla. Job description: review historical and anonymized queue data.

Urobulus Man I wished I paid more attention to the wheel, seriously wondering what other things I could have won and if I did good lol!
At least you got the wheel lol. As far as I know, its just for "new" elite members. Those who have been elite got nothing.
Well we at least know where this mystical discount wheel is now. It's only for new elite members I guess. Kinda lame to forget about longtime members with this. 20% discounts are HUGE. Even 10% is real nice.
Yeah, it is a weird decision. Seems like it would be better to reward the long-time customers who have stuck around rather than only the new ones but who knows. I honestly wonder if it was a mistake or oversight, especially at this point in time where they are selling cards for so much less than anyone else.
I don't think anyone deserves it more than anyone else really. Just would have been nice to give everyone a spin. It's probably an enticement to get new people into the EVGA ecosytem.

enewt The 3080 FTW3 Ultra is sufficiently far away from the launch window and not yet to the queue announcement window such that I think it should fly through the timeline (relatively speaking). Even straggler drops should move the queue ahead by a least an hour or three.
Why is the EU queues sooo slow? Sometimes 1 SKU/week
I don't have any special visibility into the problem, but I imagine it stems from EVGA being a California based company with a much smaller sales and infrastructure presence in EU. I agree that the EU queues are getting too few units...I would hope that this would be addressed by EVGA sooner rather than later.
Yeah that would be nice. Lot I mean a LOT people in my small country (10Mil) likes EVGA just because the RMA progress and warranty... Lot easier than local distibutors. I hope we will see EVGA focus more on EU in the future.

Yeah I've pretty much given up on my hopes for the hybrid queue, even more so after seeing the air ftw move so much. IDK why they even launched it. They are out there, but its practically a paper launch. Trying to get a 3070 off a newegg drop. If I dont have any luck in a week I'm just gonna buy 2 more used vegas, mine and give up on gaming for this year. I'm 30 anyway, I can easily find more productive things to do. I'm even more salty seeing hybrids being scalped when they do drop. When I tried from 9-9:15 to get in and the site was down. I should have one or be close, but instead since I had to work I missed it on my break from the site issues and didn't get in till 9:43 when I was able to dip off and try again real quick. The whole series is a joke at this point on every facet.

Didn't even bother to look at the spreadsheet, eh? Hybrids were moving multiple times per month until we got to February. Since then they have been dropping about once every 4 weeks. Jacob said that the next hybrid drop will be around the end of this month. It was also mentioned from day 1 that quantities would be very limited.

I mean I get everyone being hopeful, and it would be a more limited release. But they should have never dropped it. They have had 3 drops in 100 days, and < 2 minutes of movement. I'm not trying to be negative but the dreams dead. I keep telling myself they'll pick up a little and jsut need to clear the front load getting happy when there is 40 seconds of movement, but really its not a good outlook for the sku. Then with the air cards having big drops, they don't seem to have much intention to give the hybrid many dies. Sad when you see miners with boxes full of 3080ftw air cards, while the hybrid stays so dry. And thats coming from someone who also mines.

yup. Quick q then - has the CNY supply shortage begin to take toll on the movement of the queues or has it already moved past that? _________________________________________________ 10G-P5-3897-KR 9/27/2020 11:20:15 PM PT No

I disagree. I'm about 210 seconds away in the queue after waiting for a 3080 since September. I passed on the 3897 when the hybrids were announced, or I would have had one at the beginning of December. I have been waiting longer than most, but you don't hear me whining about it. hickelpickle I'm not trying to be negative but the dreams dead.

LMAO I just being realistic. But keep worshiping the trickle and down talking those who are coming to the realization that 6 months in a produce cycle, and 3 months into a skus release having only 2 minutes of movement isn't worth waiting on. EVGA really skimped on this gen anyways (smh at nvidias bad msrp targets), lots of people been reporting their rma service has been getting quite bad as well.
