Amazes me that it's been 6 months since the 3000 series launch and there are still many many people trying to get their hands on a GPU (be it EVGA or some other).
Unfortunately because of Covid AND scalpers that's the new reality for the next couple of years I think, especially for scalpers since they discovered can get away with everything now when it comes to consoles and PC parts.
I don't see it getting any easier in the future to get one or the other until many months have passed after release, and even then...
There are too many factors in play to make accurate predictions, particularly long term ones. "Forever is a long time." CPU shortages remain but have eased considerably. GPU shortages MAY start to ease in the next few months, in part because Etherium is changing its production methods from "mining" to "staking", which apparently does not require significant processing power as does mining. A big factor, though, will be whether the foundries can improve yields. GPU shortages will probably continue through the summer. After that, it's an open question, at least to those not in the business of producing GPU cards. Scalpers will disappear quickly once supplies begin to improve. Scalpers will have to sell below MSRP to clear stock once one can buy from authorized retailers because there may be potential warranty problems with cards bought from other than authorized retailers.

Any movement for 3060 or 3060 ti in European que?
I see some better availability today in some vendor sites, although with double the price compared to EVGA .
Still, better than last week.

C'mon NVIDIA...
Well, last week we saw no movement on RTX 3060 or 3060 Ti in EU. Since the launch we have only moved by 14 seconds with RTX 3060 XC see here (they say it was not possible to click notify for first few seconds, thus we see first time at 9:00:27). Everybody says RTX 3060 Ti is not in stock at the moment. It does not look good. In my country these cards have not been in stock for weeks.
But let's hope for better! Good luck to you all!
I am 20 min away for 3060 , one day for 3060ti, but dont see any movement. ...

Doesn't affect GPUs, but more bad news (from the Wall Street Journal) regarding chip production, which may increase your wait if you need a new car:
TOKYO—A fire at a factory of one of the world’s leading auto chip makers has added to the troubles of car makers that already have slashed production because of a semiconductor shortage.
The fire Friday left a swath of charred equipment in the factory owned by a subsidiary of Renesas Electronics Corp. in Hitachinaka, northeast of Tokyo. The company said it would take at least a month to restart the damaged operations.
Shares of Japan’s three leading car makers— Toyota Motor Corp. , Nissan Motor Co. and Honda Motor Co. —all fell by more than 3% on Monday, worse than the overall market, while Renesas shares were down 4.9%.
Renesas said heat from an electrical problem inside a single piece of equipment caused the fire and contaminated clean rooms needed to make semiconductors. It said two-thirds of the chips made at the fire-affected factory were automotive chips.

My bad, sorry for spreading misinformation and thanks for clearing this up. I am far from the launch day on RTX 3060 Ti, thus I have missed this movement. About RTX 3060 XC I have same information as you. At least one person with timestamp of 9:00:42 said today on EVGA Discord that she/he has not received a notification yet. @draconoth Have you taken the 1070 out and used some compressed air to give it a good cleaning? Just a thought, it might be artifacting because it's getting hot from something in the fans or fins.

I'm really assuming that the time that's has been shown in that Google doc means 3 am not pm if I'm not mistaken that's why still waiting and hoping otherwise I have no idea what is going on. I still don't got anything and my notifications still all of them are (no) including the 3897 too. 😪
