How late? I'm in the early afternoon (around 1). I think que list will start moving at a quicker rate after 9 or 10 AM. I'm guessing I see my card early to mid November. Im hoping CP2077 becomes the free game after Legion though. Legion deal ends in October.

Oddly enough you keep reflecting. Saying others don't know what they're talking about. But okay. Proof of a case? First rule when you sue someone is you have to prove damages. If EVGA bans people for bot usage or scalping, they would have proof of the action.
Folks, I think you have both made your respective points and I don't think much more will be gained on this particular topic in this particular forum. I would respectfully request that we put this question aside and move on. I say that as an attorney who passed the California bar more than 20 years ago. And for the record, unless somebody has been determined by a court to be a vexatious litigant by a California court, that person can pay their filing fee and bring a lawsuit in California for any reason or no reason; it does not mean the claim(s) reflected in the complaint has(have) merit.

Hopefully the 3090s and XC3 3080 Ultras are much faster moving in distribution. 3090 seems a bit more niche in the upper extremes of the price/performance range. I hope you guys get your video cards soon.

sooo i guess they arent notifying for anything except the high margin FTW and Ultra cards?
sad. I only signed up for notification for the 3080 XC3 black and XC3 Gaming.
guess they have no interest in filling these

Once again, we have to many members dragging on with a conversation that is completely off topic. Please knock it off, it is against the TOS and you can be removed. I would normally have locked this up by now, but I am pretty sure a couple of you are doing it deliberately. Yet EVGA is leading the way today on customer service/relations and I do not want to lock this up because of two or three of you. This is too valuable of a topic to allow any further off topic conversation. I am going to start removing folks from the forums if it continues. Please do not test me. If that does not work, I am more than happy to lock this thread up.

I am somewhere in 200 for the XC3 Black. And judging by the way the FTW3 is moving, I am not getting a card this year it seems.

It's not too late, add your details. The purpose it serves is it represents a portion of notify sign ups, but it also then shows the same % portion of emails going out to users. So you can get an idea of how long it might take to get an email. EDIT: I tried to post the links but forum removed them so...... #fail
