GTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA
Got the notification email at 2:17pm today. I just finished ordering,
My initial notification sign up was 9/17 @ 7:35 am
 

So we are up to 7:35am on the 17th...actually a good chunk of movement today...but not fast enough  :) lets see where the day ends.

Whoever updated the spreadsheet for me, thank you

Man I'm excited for you guys! I'm a 9/17 10am order so we're getting closer! Hoping we get there this week or next!

That's a very optimistic estimate based on what we're seeing. I believe there's only been two batches so far. Within those two batches we've just passed the 7:30am mark. Restocks probably aren't coming every day. They're also shipping to retailers, etailers, and step up customers.
 
I signed up for the auto-notify at roughly 10:40am. I'm not expecting to get an email until at least next month.

Looks like this was a decent sized batch based on the replies 

If/when somebody misses their eight hour window, i wonder if the bump to the next person in the queue is automatic (email goes out at t+8 hours) or if that is simply added to the count of available cards the next day. If we have A LOT of cards today, there is a better chance of these coming available. That would be either 22:00 PST tonight or part of tomorrow's run.

So close but so far away 

Jacob has mentioned that the XC3 line has taken longer. It keeps getting moved back and I believe the last update is next week. Also, there’s speculation that EVGA is prioritizing the Ultra line because of premium. I’m waiting on a XC3 Gaming. I’m at 1130 on 9/17, hoping I can get one before the end of the year.

After nearly a month of constant refreshes, bots, crashed sites, and cancelled orders I finally got my card.

I'm so close. I believe I'm at 7:42 for FTW3 Ultra.

It's crazy that this is the first time that I have seen actual humans able to order non-scalped cards.  EVGA is leading the way in what the standard should be close to.

So this was a larger batch... Moved to 10 minutes as of yet in the queue...boy oh boy I have a long wait and I'm on the 17th lol. Just at 10:20 pm.

Just taking a look at the data we have from that unofficial google drive list for 3080 FTW3s and trying to get a sense of the proportion of the notify requests over time.

There were fewer requests (81) throughout the entire day of 9/18 than there were in the 7am hour on launch day.
 
So it looks like EVGA is right in the middle of the hump and things should start to accelerate pretty soon. Especially as Nvidia's production starts to ramp.
