does anyone have the document sheet for the evga ftw3 ultra 3090 I am trying to see where im at on that list 12:20pm on Sept 24th

That would currently put you at 38th.

wow I might not actually get my card until next year at this rate waiting on evga list.

Added you as well. 37th place, not 38th. They haven't sent any out yet from the spreadsheet list. I'm currently sitting at 43rd.

I’m at 9/17 7:37am so I’m certainly going to be in the next drop. Serious question to everyone, what keeps those of you in late September and October even slightly motivated to stay in this fight? Jacob said today’s drop was big and we made less than 10 minutes. Do you not feel that late September early October is months away? Especislly how Nvidia is now in limbo between Samsung and TSMC for their chips.

I want to thank EVGA for doing things in, from what I have seen in this instance, the best way done so far to protect the consumers. I will say that I just placed my order for a GTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra based on my notify me request placed at 7:35 am on 9/17. EVGA made a well-intentioned decision to try to help us, the consumers and real end users, that took them some effort and with that some cost. EVGA did not have to expend the effort to or incur the cost of doing so. They acted quickly in the face of the circumstances created by bots and other scalpers in a way that no other retailers have matched. Their response did eliminate bots as an issue in the immediate aftermath of what happened at launch. If someone could see the future and/or had no budgetary concerns, of course they could have probably done better, but as of today, EVGA has done the best job responding to real customer(end-user) needs that I have seen and for that I appreciate them and will continue to allow them first shot at keeping my business in the future.

Yeah I am a couple days after the notifications went live for the 3090 FTW and I am sure it will be next year based on how things are moving. It is great for people who signed up within the first day or so it seems.

I am just here for the fun. All good.

I think part of the brilliance of this approach is that when we all clicked “notify me”, we had no idea how truly useful this was going to be. This begs the question, what about next time?

I really do think this is the best way to handle allocating cards to customers when there is such a supply impairment. However, the next time there is a big launch, EVGA is really going to have to reinforce the part of their website taking the “notify me” requests. In fact, that part of the site (n = # people that want a card) could face even greater load than the ordering section (n = # cards available at launch). Redirecting that traffic away from the primary site resources may be necessary.

With planning this can work well. Without, we’ll just see the problem shift to another stage in the process.

for the 3090 drop or the 3080 I am looking for info on specific 3090 ftw3ultra drop only and when the emails go out is it in a random order or are they going in by who signed up for notifications first ?

kennythshark was for the 3080 (part # 10G-P5-3897-KR).
 
I added you as well. Animeowns. 3090 ftw3 ultra, 09/24 12:20pm. That put you at 37th place when I added it about 1 hour ago. No cards have been sent out from that list yet. They send them out based on the time when you signed up - first come first serve.
 

I know there are a lot of disappointed people out there, and even some skeptics (I was one) and just thought I'd let everyone know, my card will be here Thursday. I did sign up for all the cards as soon as they came available (I was excited) but ultimately decided I wanted the 3080 FTW Ultra, and canceled my notifications for all the other cards. I can afford to buy all of them for the sake of flipping, but I'm not a jerk. I want others to share the same feeling of joy I have right now. I also ordered a new PSU, because my current one won't handle it. Card and PSU arriving on Thursday, and I have 0 intentions of parting with it. I'm not an overclocker, I just want the headroom so my 2060oc didn't have to work so hard. 
It's coming for you guys too. All I could do was occupy myself with something else in the mean time.

I would do the same but I am not brave enough. I'm sure I will fat finger the FTW3U and be at square one.

Sure was hoping today was the day for 3090s. Oh well, maybe tomorrow!
