JustinGN ...I don't expect their launch day windows (9/16-9/17 for 3080, 10/28-10/29 for 3070) to be cleared before March.

Razorhog No 3888 today :( So close, yet so far...
Yes, the waterlogged cards have apparently dried up (for the time being). I have a feeling they will be back tomorrow.
I'm hoping they drop whatever they didn't today for tomorrow. That would be great, but I'm thinking tomorrow will be a straggler day followed by another straggler day. So does anyone know if they actually manufacture the cards in California?

Good to know the EVGA store still hates any of my cards 10 years later. Sigh, paypayl i guess Edit: Or the site is just goofy. Transaction failed - but in reality it went through and shows up on my card. Call in and they say it went through successfully. Sure enough it shows up in my orders. Sure hope the FTW3 Ultra 3090 is worth the $300 more than the FE.

jbaysingar I have multiple stock alerts set up, and also manually check sites regularly, but still no luck. The closest I've come was getting a card in my cart at B&H, but by the time it let me get to the checkout page, my cart was suddenly empty. Oh well, at least I'm only 6,218,288 seconds away in the 3080 FTW ultra queue.
keep refreshing Newegg from time to time. Mostly in the afternoon. You might score one like I did. I think 6 other people in the past weeks scored one by randomly refreshing as well.

Not in US for sure. Evga most likely order their products from OEM possibly from ODM somewhere in Asia.

Jacob since you seem to be around: can you confirm when the drops will actually go up instead of constantly being barely anything every week? You guys mentioned that production would ramp up in October and November yet 3+ months after release date we didn't see much improvements, and most of the queues BARELY moved if at all. Can we please get an update on all that? Or is it going to continue like that for another couple of months? At this rate it's going to take like 1-2 years to fulfill everyone order, if EVGA can even finish that before the 40xx series is announced (which I highly doubt now, the 40XX will be announced and there will still be people waiting in line for a 30XX I'm sure)...

1-2 years, that's a little dramatic, isn't it? As I said last week, if people are willing to be slightly flexible, most should not have an impossible time finding a card. If you happen to have signed up for only a single notify SKU and that SKU is not getting cards, your best bet is to start trying to get a card elsewhere while waiting on the queue. There is no obligation to buy from the queue or down payment, you have freedom to look elsewhere or sign up for additional queues. Or you can be stubborn and demand that your line moves faster. I am not trying to be combative or dismissive, yeah, stock sucks. But you can adapt to the situation or wait for the situation to adapt to you...

Not at all. Just take the 3080 FTW3 Ultra as an example: we moved 1 full day in 3 months so far. 1 day. In 3 months. Let that sink in... Do the maths from here... And please people stop believing that all of a sudden it will magically start going up and they will jump hours and days in the queue in a single day: it won't. The pace we have right now is what will be experienced for the next few months to come I'm sure. Hence why I'm saying that it will take them 1 to 2 years to fulfill the orders at this rate and we will most definitely see the 40XX series announced before everyone received their 30XX. I'm just going with the hard facts we see since the past 3 months now, not the hopes we keep having. Let's discuss again in March and April and see who was right. Pretty sure we will still be on day 2 or 3 of release for 3080 FTW3 Ultra.

The only thing I think you're missing here, is while demand and queue's for these cards will still be high after the initial times, but there is a HUGE amount of people in queue at the front end. After that, times and people become drastically more spread out, hence accelerating the timeline. Also, as more people sit in queue, the more they just purchase elsewhere, also accelerating the timeline.

Again just speculations and hopes. It was supposed to go faster apparently after we get passed the 17th, it still crawling. People need to stop thinking that it will magically start ramping up because of X and Y reason and just look at the rate we have right now. I for one stopped thinking that way and even though I'm only 4 days ahead of the queue we have right now for the FTW3 I'm not even expecting my card until next Summer easily.

Dramatic, but six months (assuming my own estimate that 3881/3883/3895 wouldn't see their launch day sign-ups fulfilled before the end of March) waiting for a card you signed up for on or just before launch day (when they were available) is still obscene and insulting, moreso as other (and newer) queues get fulfilled ahead of you without a word from the company in question. I've been beating that particular drum since early December when we had enough data points to prove the pattern, and it's just as unacceptable today as it was nearly a month ago. Even as we adapt to the situation (signing up for more queues, considering scalpers, changing models entirely), we're still effectively behind everyone else who shotgunned everything in sight or just got damn lucky that the specific card they wanted was the one that would be made. There's only so much "adaptation" we can really do now that we have definitive proof of production patterns, and even the most extensive flexibility (such as hunting for a 3090 since I cannot find a 3080, because they typically have better availability) means most of us are way past getting a card in a reasonable time frame relative to when we signed up. Now had EVGA been forthright with production expectations or blocked sign-ups for SKUs they wouldn't be making as early as possible, we may have had better luck tracking down cards elsewhere. I suspect a lot of the frustration here is from folks who signed up for a queue that wasn't catered to until December, and weren't ever told by EVGA that if they needed something now, that they should look elsewhere. We're long past the point of adaptation, now, and really just stuck waiting for stock to normalize (Summer 2021, likely) or for our queue slots to pop. Their frustration is totally valid, and EVGA really should say something before the Holidays about it.
10G-P5-3881-KR 9/17/2020 9:44:07 PM PT No 10 SKUs "launched" on 9/16, three of which have queues that still haven't even reached the 9/17 release date. EVGA: where are the 3881, 3883, and 3895?

That's all fine and good but we don't definitively know how many people are actually in the queue. Like I said, I'll be lucky if I get my card after my 6 month notify anniversary even though there is so much stock Nvidia is pushing out there....somewhere.

Urobulus Do the maths from here...
As you say... Do the math's, most people probably signed up the most on day 1 and 2, and it probably went down little-by-little after that until it was mentioned they were going based on notifies, which it probably then jumped back up. So your math isn't necessarily on-point saying it will be 3 months a day for every day of notifies.
