I really, honestly feel for you (as I've barely started my RTX hunt).. but I don't think adding more here is going to help. And, I say this because your message has been clear for long enough to get noticed, I'm sure.
 
I know it's easier said than done, but.. give it time, or don't; no one is forcing you into this.

Based on the recent activity it would appear the first available card may be one of the Hybrids. Will have to think about how to arrange my Phanteks Enthoo Pro 2 to facilitate a Hybrid AIO, CPU AIO and second ITX based system with my NAS in the same case with 4 harddrives. If/when I get a hybrid i may make a separate thread looking for suggestions.

As you can see by my giganto-smol OSD, GPU load is maxed, & CPU load isn't exactly light either lol

@ JustinGN - I hear what you're saying in your BOLD response I foresaw this as you did at the beginning of October when they said supply is "limited" (subliminal for most likely not going to happen anytime soon) and asked if they would "as a suggestion" kindly include the gaming and or black cards in line with the Ultra/FTW models in the event these cards don't come to fruition so we are not waiting for nothing.  I never got a response back - that means no.

Can we get an official statement from the company regarding the lack of production on 3881, 3883, and 3895?  A lot of us were allowed to sign-up into queues for cards that EVGA (allegedly) knowingly had no intention of making in any reasonable or significant capacity this year, but left the community to figure out on their own until our only (current) recourse is joining the back of the line for literally any other SKU or fighting bots at retail websites.  Specifically, could these three questions be addressed by the company:

1. Why were sign-ups/queues for 3881, 3883, and 3895 allowed in the first place if the company had no intention of making them in reasonable volumes prior to 2021?
2. For those who signed-up for those cards specifically (especially those on launch days 9/16-9/17), what recourse (if any) will EVGA offer that could accelerate getting cards sooner (such as queue merging, offering upgrades to the XC3/FTW3 cards actually in production, or switching queues entirely to a 3070/3090 that is in production)?
3. For future launches, will EVGA commit to only permitting sign-ups/queues for cards in active production, and not launch or fulfill additional SKUs (Hybrid, Kingpin, etc) until a sizable portion (e.g., ~60% of the backlog) of each outstanding SKU is fulfilled?

I know you're getting slammed, JacobF, but you're our lifeline into the company proper.  Thank you for any additional clarification you're able to bring us, and the excellent work you've done thus far.




You're kidding yourself if you think they're going to comment to this, we are the minority and drew the short straw it is what it is. 




Yeah, I agree 100% here.  If you have worked in high tech manufacturing production with outsourced partners, global logistics during high demand low supply situations, managed large accounts like amazon, walmart, bb, etc, world-wide with NPI marketing campaigns and promotions competing both internal (sales teams) and external (bb vs walmart) you understand that the level of transparency that Jacob from EVGA's global product management team is very rare.  We call this a Gatekeep / allocation process in which the supply and demand match across all regions is negotiated based on whatever rules govern the process.  This is very labor intensive when you are just trying to distribute supply to the accounts (bb, wm, ne,etc.)  let alone their internal sales ( us ).  Everyone is screaming for their demand, supply is coming out slow, and the planner/director (Jacob) is in the middle and the only upside is to not F up!  You don't get much recognition when you have done the best to make everyone happy, but everyone is still anger.  Let's keep Jacob on our side, and recognize his efforts in going above and beyond for us.

I did message eVGA via email about an hour & some change ago, replying to the Notify email with the purchase link, they already got back to me & said "Let us know when you can go ahead with the purchase & we can email you a fresh purchase link" - so they will indeed work with you if you reply to the email with the original purchase link, should any issues arise.
 
I went ahead & replied back letting them know I ordered it so we're all good.

I appreciate the response, but I've got nothing but time on my hands and a lot of anxiety, stress, and frustration to work through (and that excludes nVidia's s**tshow).  Apologies to Jacob et al, but I find seeking and forcing this sort of accountability by corporations to their consumers to be a constructive use of my excess energy, since more people than myself would benefit from any sort of response or action from them.  I know I'm not alone in these concerns, and the more who stand up and demand the same sort of basic accountability, the more likely we are to get it.
 
I would rather try and fail, than my silence be viewed as tacit approval of methods I disagree with.

Community managers are underpaid for their work as-is; the fact Jacob does it on top of his PM duties is why I think a direct appeal might work, since it shows they genuinely care for their public rep as a company.
 
If you know a Community Manager, buy them a beer next time you can.  Lord knows they need it.

FYI — per a Jacob tweet, it looks like the next KPE tranche will also be Elite only.

Not 100% confirmed but currently “looks” like it.

If you plan to pursue that card, please plan accordingly. As an aside, if you are going to spam posts to get to 100, please find another thread in which to do it; thanks in advance.

I'm not goin' anywhere, have many moons of testing to do once that card arrives, like I said when I first came up with this idea of going full-stupid & getting a 3090 Hybrid instead of a 3080, I'm gonna test it for at least 2 weeks to ensure it's a fully happy & healthy card before I resell my 3080 - just in case, as I'd have no back up GPU if I sell it too soon otherwise - well, I have a GTX 260 SSC on the shelf from way back when, but I don't think I can run anything good on that :-P lol 
 
I'll be sure to post some shots of the thicc cardo when it arrives.

Thanks, we certainly see the feedback. Still not nearly enough supply to satisfy the demand unfortunately. Some SKU's have more output based on the higher demand items, doesn't mean the others are end of life or discontinuing, just limited in supply right now, same goes for the HYBRID or KP variants. There is certainly more coming I just do not have an ETA at this moment unfortunately. The intention of the queue system was to eliminate the need to battle bots or wear out the F5 button, but I get the frustration over some of the queues moving not as fast as most would like. We continue to watch the feedback and come up with ideas to improve it.
