Okay I might be getting the Nvidia 3090 from BB. I am in the middle of the 2 step checkout process. Waiting for the thing to turn yellow to add to cart

Make sure you don't have any adblockers enabled.  I got hung up in Opera due to adblock but once I disabled it I was able to get through that.

Think I just managed to snag a pure NVIDIA 3090 on Best Buy!

Me too! Order went through, got confirmation. Fingers crossed!

Congratulations to both of you! Enjoy your cards!!!

I had a 5900x in my checkout just now but Best Buy kept asking me to pick which store I wanted to pick it up at....  I want the default option for my Best Buy account along these lines: "It is a p-a-n-d-e-m-i-c.  Please just ship anything I order from you to my house.  I am a gamer; I rarely left my house in 2019."

Yeah that annoyed me as well.  I have both a default shipping address and default payment saved in my account, and I was logged in.  So I expected to be wham, bam, done! But no! First it made me get a confirmation email.  Then despite having a saved address, it wanted to pick up at a nearby store, so I had to change that.  Then I had to dash around fo get my card CVV lol.  But my order went through so we'll see what happens.  I still want an EVGA one as well but I have to admit the NVIDIA stock cards look sexy! IF I end up with two 3090s I won't complain.  Can easily make use of them both.

hint for best buy... if they are going to drop more it will say available in 5 days or whatever instead of sold out.  They are all sold out now.

The "Add to Cart" button on the XC3 Ultra 3080 at Best Buy is just mocking me ...

... It actually went to the cart and then said "something changed" and then empty cart.  Maybe there is hope yet?  The false kind?

Actually the NVidia card still says "Get it in 5 days" so maybe there are more drops coming for that one.

Well - I was fortunate enough to have gotten an order through Best Buy this morning for a 3090 FE. Supposedly it will be here on 11/25 just in time for a 4 day weekend. I am gonna keep my reservations until it arrives to be sure. Big shout out to NowInStock for actually working!

Walmart still has my 3090 FTW3 from yesterday afternoon as "Preparing Order - Tracking available soon" ==> zero chance I will be leaving the EVGA queues at this point in time.

Im so exhausted by all this. Such a big middle finger to consumers that products that are already constrained are getting scooped up by bots and sold for multiple times the MSRP. Companies dont care because they are still making money. The EVGA queue is great, IF you selected the three cards that will make them the most money. And every single time one of these drops occurs you just go through the cycle of hope and defeat. First world problem, but still.

I simply cannot understand why you cannot go into your NVIDIA app on your PC, and purchase a card, or go into PS or XB store, and purchase a new console. They could still make stock and send to retailers, but the fact that committed customers (who literally have proven that they arent bots) cant efficiently purchase an upgrade through an established user storefront is laughable. Sorry, just a bit salty after realizing my queue card isnt gonna get filled any time soon and yet another store drop where I walk away with nothing but multiple cards added to my cart.

I'm feeling pretty jaded today but its just crappy to see like 50-75 different kinds of 3070s/3080s/3090s and almost impossible to get one for 2+ months like ****

Makes me wonder how many of their new cards they produce everyday are going to evga direct customers vs going out to resellers/distributors. How many they are producing a day, etc. It would be neat to see the numbers on what they are producing and where it ends up going.

Why EVGA people never ever answer on such a simple question: YES or NO.
I am not asking details like quantity or SKU, but just want to know is there any drops today or not.

A minute ago there is available 1958 cards on eBay as follows:
  • 3070  - 630
  • 3080  - 530
  • 3090  - 798

You could probably @ Jacob on twitter, no guarantees he'd reply, but I doubt any evga employees are reading page 357 of this post.

I can understand from evga's standpoint, they start giving out concrete numbers and it just opens them up to more and more questions, not to mention some of it may be damaging to the company if competitors find out. I'm sure there's a lot more reasons. It's just easier to not say anything.

Be sure that mods are reading every post here.
Also I never asked any details, just yes or no drop today.
That info cannot hurt anyone for sure.
