In EU, the button for the second one appeared yesterday around 15-20 min after US, I saw that the notify page for the black one seems to be available, wait and see..

Que openings and availability are two different things lol. My thought on any Black SKU's are they just don't move.(There is 1 3060 that's moving) With that being said, if you're feeling lucky then feel free to que for it. Personally I wouldn't recommend it with the version history, but it's ultimately your choice

When will I be able to buy a 3060 graphics card? When will it be available?

The queue is not currently open for the 3060 cards.  No timeline for reopening has been announced so we just have to wait and see.  Otherwise, you can buy a card now at an authorized seller.  https://www.evga.com/products/wheretobuy.aspx

Auto notify button for EVGA GeForce RTX 3050 XC GAMING, 08G-P5-3553-KR, 8GB GDDR6, Dual-Fan, Metal Backplate still there. Probably a good sign - for 3080 12GB it disappeared really quickly...

Not a lot of 3050's on scalp bay  under 35 of them.
 
I would have thought more would be there.

The 3050 XC Gaming and 3050 XC Gaming Black product pages were launched yesterday. The 3050 XC Gaming (3553) also lit its auto-notify button permitting Elite members to sign up for the queue. The 3050 XC Gaming Black (3551) page does not contain an auto-notify button -- and I doubt that it will any time soon. I think the 3050 XC Gaming Black units are, generally speaking, going to be made available via EVGA's other retail partners (and not via a queue).
 
Bottom line, if you are looking for a 3050, from the queues, I think you will be limited to the 3050 XC Gaming (3553)...but it is a bit pricier.
 
I do expect the first "invite to purchase" emails to go out for the 3553 today, if a little late...just long enough to grab a decent sample size from this morning's non-Elite registrants.

I am impressed at how fast this SKU has moved after being dormant for a while. It is coming up on my queue join date, but sadly I already picked up a 3060 from MSI two weeks ago or so. The MSI is way better than the EVGA Black but also quite a bit more expensive...I am wondering if I should pick up the Black if it is my turn and sell the MSI just to save some money...hmmm, any thoughts? Are the Black cards truly the lowest binned and more budget cards VS the premium ones from EVGA or other manufacturers? Is moving up in the series worth it from a performance/longevity standpoint?

I am always partial to EVGA and am not familiar with the MSI cards. I tend to prefer a robust warranty over small incremental and immaterial improvements in performance.

After coming back here and seeing the progress the queue has made I'm not so salty about my two queue spots from 2020 being deactivated. Initially I was upset because it says "user deactivated" even though I did no such thing. At this point it's obvious it wouldn't have mattered either way lol. Keep up the good fight!

I didn’t know there was an auto notify page. Couldn’t find it anywhere. Thanks for letting me know.

i've got a question concerning yesterdays 3050 launch. I understand that your actual time is not very relevant. Many other factors are considered. since yesterday was for elite members and today for non elite members, are both groups separate or are they lumped together in tiers to compete for cards.

I've got a question concerning that glitch that happened on the 11th having to do with the 3080 12gb (4877-kl). many of us were able to get to the auto notify button and have it show up and our My Notifies page. I saw that evga said that they will honor that, but do we have any idea how they will do that?
