With no guarantee, and you are very close, it has moved quicker over the last few days then I have seen it move all my time in the queue (405 days). Suspect that either more stock is coming in on others ahead have queued up for 12G or TI models and pass on buying. Very happy to make the upgrade from my trusty 1080 Ti FTW3 finally.

Same card here, but the hybrid. It's still a fantastic card, but it's getting long in the tooth for 1440 ultrawide tbh.

The queue hasn't moved from 06/30/2021 06:29:45.
Any way to find out if production will be scheduled?
Or is it discontinued and replaced with more expensive versions?
If so will EVGA delete the 30 series reservations that will never see a card?

Nobody outside of EVGA knows for certain when drops will occur or what size they might be.  EVGA has yet to discontinue any 30 series SKU, even the ones that haven't moved from September 16, 2020. The 3783 has not reported a drop in over a month...it is not moving quickly...I think it will be some time before that queue reaches you, if it ever reaches you.  Sorry I do not have better information or news.

Because there are no products available lol. Ques are currently closed until further notice from EVGA. There's quite a backlog they're trying to fulfil, so nobody knows when they'll be opened again. You'll have to keep checking back in on the pages to see.

I don't usually wear an amphibian-sized tinfoil hat, but hear me out for a moment. 
 
Bobby doesn't truly want to sell. He wants a distraction from his current troubles...you know the ones where almost 20% of his employees think he should resign (so desperate was he to change the subject, that Activision even considered an over the top bid for Zynga). Antitrust review of the Activision acquisition by Microsoft is forecasted to take up to 15 months to complete...so the announcement has given Bobby a respite from the unionization effort, calls for his firing and his reduced stock price. But he doesn't want to sell; Bobby likes being relevant. It wouldn't surprise me if Bobby is just playing the long game against our short attention spans...after all, he has tried the delay tactic once already to reasonable success (and that little white lie got him through the long Thanksgiving weekend). 
 
This is all by way of saying that I expect upwards of 85% of the calls to the FTC whistleblower hotline complaining about the dangers of a successful acquisition of Activision by Microsoft to have a decidedly Santa Monica-smarmy accent. Oh, and the $3B breakup fee if the deal goes sideways...that'll be a down payment for future employee lawsuit settlements...or maybe Bobby can put in an all-cash bid on The One (I hear it has a nice home office for waiting out the pandemic).   
 
If it does go through, do I have to stop calling them Actard? Should the new name be Microtard? I am open to recommendations.

So I am a little concerned. This new 3rd Q will obviously take production away from the second Q. Which will slow down the cards that would have otherwise gone to them.

Why create a whole new Q system when there’s people waiting? I don’t mean to be conflictive but I feel I am reasonable concerned.

As an AIB partner, EVGA is required by contract to support all of the chipsets. The queue 3.0 is specific to the new NVIDIA 3050, 3080 12gb and 3090 Ti boards. I don't view this as something EVGA elected to do (but the increased prices, I am sure, soften the blow a bit).

According to your notifies, you were notified already for that first one (I bolded it in the quote). That's what the Yes means. As djwarreng said, you may need to check your emails or spam folder.

I'm looking at your timestamp and enewts list, they don't match up. I'm not sure there was a 3 day jump on that model, but it may be worth emailing EVGA support about. It may be an error on your notifies page. Just a guess, since the link/email isn't in your email anywhere. Just my 2 cents anyways.

@juanmanubal:  What region are you in, i.e., NA, EU, etc.?   This may have an impact on your notification.

Was thinking about trying to replace my 2080Ti in one of my systems with a 3080 (non-Ti), but there is no option to be added to the queue right now. Is this normal and will the option open back up? I do have an EVGA 3090, does this affect my ability to get put in another queue?

No one knows when the existing Queue 2.0 queues will reopen.  All new releases will be for Queue 3.0 and this may be a better option to try.  For more information peruse this https://www.evga.com/support/queue3/.
