I am going to keep the Queue 3.0 Rules and the new Queue 3.0 Forum Thread links in the intro for a day or three for those that haven't heard the news yet. I have also attempted a rough FAQ to try to head off the inevitable questions that will arise as more casual queue followers learn about the new system going forward (constructive feedback is welcome as I was pulling it together while handling family duties and likely botched it up).
In the absence of information from EVGA about the respective tiers (EVGA score cohorts), I still haven't figured out a workable solution to tracking the 3080 12gb SKUs (frankly any of the contemplated Queue 3.0 SKUs). So, for the time being, I am going to report the latest timestamp for which I receive a report (and assume that it comes from a registrant with a superlative EVGA Score and no prior history of buying a 30 series card from the EVGA Queue); Queue 3.0 rows in the summary will not include an "elapsed time" italicized parenthetical.
This will cause confusion; and I apologize in advance for that. I will try to find a way to footnote that efficiently. Hopefully we can all look out for each other and try to quickly quash the instances of "fear of being skipped" that may arise from time to time.

So If you look above the 3090 xc3 Ultra hybrid 3978 01/17/2021 22:10:07 is missing for my queue 2.0 notifies my enitre queue 2.0 list has vanished maybe due to changing my email due to my tracfone number being hacked. I did contact the webmaster at evga my notify day was 02/01/2021 07:30 or 07:31 my old email is still in my control but I have a new email and new cell phone the hack of my phone and a few thousand others was done around Dec 19-21 mine was on Dec 21 around 2-3 in the afternoon. I am hoping that the webmaster fixes my notify list soon and I am hoping my stolen phone number is returned soon.

Given the EVGA scores, the tiers, and the binary "has purchased"/"has not purchased" designation from the Queue 3.0 rules, we have yet to determine an accurate way to properly summarize the state of the 3050, 3080 12gb and 3090Ti queues. For what it is worth, EU EVGA Scores have been posted to EU accounts. Please keep in mind that the EU scores should be uniformly lower because they don't have the Associate Buck complication (as best as I can tell). So just 2019+ purchases and ribbons.... Shouldn't be a material issue as EU scores should be compared only against other EU scores for purposes of tiering and allocations.

My score is 29..... that's pretty low hmm
Have one 3090 kpe hc one x570 dark one wired fps mouse for evga purchases that are registered and bought in the score period
Would have thought I would have more score for that kp but seems like I had too high of expectations

3080 FTW3 Ultra (12 Gb) 4877 01/11/2022 09:36:19 (Queue 3.0 Rules)*
Just wanted to post this to prove the new system is working... My 4877 time is 07:02 am PST and I was NOT selected for a card. I have received 3 from the que (latest was a XC3 ULTRA Hybrid on 29 DEC 2021, which is going to South Korea to my Son-in law in the service), and a relative score of 231. No, I am not upset in any way about this. Just proving a point that it IS working as they intended. Hopefully this proves a few things to be better and helps those whom have yet to get a card! @rayven96 - No, nobody knows when you will get a notify. Too many factors to even get an estimate. If you haven't received any cards from EVGA in the last 3 years then I suggest checking your spambox / junk folders for the notification, maybe it was sent there and overlooked. Someone else may have other ideas?

Unfortunately, I cannot estimate Queue 3.0 cards (2022 releases) with anything even resembling confidence, only Queue 2.0 releases (2020-21 releases). silverg0101

You sign up for a RTX 20 series or GTX card. There's no signup button for RTX 30 series at the moment.

HA! "yet" indeed. I have been quiet for some time, but following along as we go down this road. Happily, my inner filter has mostly restricted the flow of salty responses. Queue 3.0: The newer queue system takes a lot of factors into account when disgorging a Magic Eight ball result. Visions of Rube Goldberg designing the system while writing byzantine rulesets are dancing in my head. An EVGA score...What does that even mean? Higher=better? How does it relate to the queue and it's unpublicized amount/breadth of tiers? "To make it more palatable, let's give them a number to focus on. But here is the catch, if it means anything at all, only we know how it applies." It is a degree or more better than the Shuffle. I know. I know. The are trying to make things better. 3080 12GB: Withholding comment other than to say "don't submit to NVIDIA's greed" No response/rule explanation is necessary...just venting a bit. Filter mostly reapplied.

There currently is no point in a definitive explanation on the 3.0 queue system since it is pretty much still in Beta ( Alpha) and will change anytime and for any length of time into the future until they get the results/behaviors they are expecting. Sit tight and watch the forums (or the skies about the same result).
