It's similar to the HydroCopper hybrid and kingpin queue when they launched in that only first 50 or so get in before its cut off for a couple of months or so
Edit- most likely more than 50 for this one but I digress

I messed up as well, missed out on the sign up for the 3080, is there some sort of evga new product schedule that we can refer too? unfortunately I don't have the luxury of logging on everyday to evga due to work commitments . Anyone know when the 3090ti will be released?

how do we sign up for the 3080 12gb queue I am just now getting home but I know I missed the launch did the website crash while people were checking out what was the experience like this time.

It appears a very few were able to get into the 3.0 queue but now no one is able to (even verified elite).

Funny, I don't think I've ever received a blue ribbon from the EVGA moderators. Not even sure how to tell.  
 
But, yes, I think I will try for a 3090 Ti KPE.

It looks to me like you have two ribbons! And if nothing else, hopefully the EVGA Bucks will set you miles ahead. I acknowledge this may negatively impact many people in our beloved forums, but I just want to see you finally get what you deserve!

I saw that this morning for the first time...I just hope they used Scotch(tm) brand tape and not a staple...with the supply shortages, it is tough to find amphibian sized waterproof Band-Aids these days.

I personally think they are moving in the right direction here, allowing "everybody's Elite" seemed to be very problematic.  Now giving people who actually buy/use their products some credit is moving in the right direction. 
 
I wish Best Buy would do the same for Elite Plus members...  I can buy $10K worth of appliances and electronics from them in a year, but have to wait in line with people who never shop there for a GPU.

This is totally unfair and should not happen, even though Enewt has done so much for this forum and community. I don't actually believe that, just spreading some butter to help the salt stick to my popcorn lol. I'm sure there are some out there that will have issues with the que, regardless of how it works and or rewards those whom have put in many countless hours helping others. New salt deliveries arriving daily 

You had me going for a sec  The queue will never be perfect to everyone. I just appreciate that EVGA is making an effort and clearly they are listening to our feedback somewhat. The fact that we are moving to Queue 3.0 and no one else has yet to implement a 1.0 speaks volumes in this situation. I've also been having friends see cards in the Micro Center cases when browsing so hopefully this is a bright sign of the future to come.

Those who are waiting for 3080 10GB, just forget that because with the same GA102 chip they make the 3080 12GB and sell them for 400 euros, which is more expensive

Actually IF memory serves... The 12gig model is more closely resembling a 3080ti in the CUDA cores. data rates, and TDP than the 3080 "vanilla" so to speak. It is more like a 3080 Super from what I've read on some sites, just doesn't have the "Super" designation. I could be incorrect however, but that was my understanding of it. A 3080 refresh so to speak. Does that justify the price? Only the individual consumer can attest to that 

2 more SMs.  384-bit memory bus replaces 320-bit.  More CUDA cores.  And it's actually being produced.

Not a fan of this rule, if I am reading it correctly. I just purchased/received a 3060 for my daughters PC. However I have my own build that needs a GPU (and the z690 classy). It sounds like I would be removed from depriorititized in the queue, for buying my daughter's GPU. I understand this is to prevent scalpers, just also hurts those that have under-age for an EVGA account but old enough to game.

Guess my case might be a rare case. I'll just wait for a 3080 10gb and the z690s for a while longer. EVGA is a good way to practice patience. I didn't make it into the 3080 12gb queue, and it sounds like the majority didn't either. Hopefully one day stock returns to normal, though that may be a long time.

So I decided to make a chart only showing cards released in June 2021 (the last additions to queue 2.0).  Just so the scale of a fast-moving card (like some of the 3090s and 3060s) doesn't dwarf the slow-but-steady moving cards (like many of the 3080 and 3080 ti SKUs).
