I didnt get a notify when I still had it in queue

Just received a notification for 10G-P5-3897-KL I queued for last November, but when I try to log in to purchase it using the email link, it keeps looping me to the sign in screen. When I try to log in regularly and going to my notifies, it shows the product out of stock. Tried on my PC and mobile.

Any advice? I’d hate to lose the opportunity and unfortunately based on when I saw the email and when the time limit runs out, I won’t be able to contact customer service in time to resolve this. Any advice?

turn pc on that hasn't been on for couple of months, still not working, was using phone

Make sure you're logged out on the first device before doing anything. I'd also try from a different IP (work, mobile, library) if they don't work.
 
Tips I gave earlier worked for another user:
 

Try the following, in order:

1. Log out, clear your cache and cookies, log in again on the same browser.
2. Log out, then try logging in with an entirely different browser.
3. Log out, then try logging in on a different device, on your phone if you can.

Heard there are problems with power limits/delivery on the 3080 ti xc3 cards, so much so that someone took their xc3 HC and stepped up to the cheaper ftw3 ultra for a loss
Aka 3959 to 3967

They fixed them with a bios update. All good now :) 
 
I really really hope I get a shirt man. The amount of disappointment will be too much if I don't.
 
Enewt I apologize about earlier. In my haste (it has been one heckuva day) I read the first part of your post and then without continuing posted a tongue in cheek reply and proceeded through the day. Now that I have had a chance to get caught up, let me express my sincere condolences for your friend. You summed it up perfectly about appreciating what is around you before it is too late. It's something I could stand to hear more often. Hope tomorrow is better for you friend.

Are these notifies basically trash? I saw someone say something about these not being made any more. If they know they aren't making them they should give you an equivalent pull from a newer or similar model not just say sorry your **** out of luck. Hopefully they provide at least decent customer service.

Adding to what others replied to you, I'd said that, given the "PT" at the end of your timestamps, you are probably in line in the EU queue? Us EU ppl are served in a different, unfortunately much slower, queue.
There's noone tracking the EU queue at the moment (other than 3070 Tis here) but element35 site, afaik.

You can't swap one queue for another, you can only sign up for new spot, once they reopen queues in the event they manage to finish the current line, which might take a while for the most popular cards

So, I decided to order the 3958 after all because neither my eyes nor my hands/fingers are what they used to be (meanin I'd likely make a mess of it).

In other news, my big accomplishment last night is that I was able to keep both of jr.'s tamed boars alive in Valheim...first successful night of no boar losses in the pen. It was a joyous ride to school drop off this morning. 
 
The 3958 queue also had 36 more seconds of movement from a late report. 
 
Hopefully EVGA_JacobF hasn't misplaced his drawing instruments...it is Titanic Tuesday.

Those that queued for the KR models will be automatically transferred to the KL  model once they are listed on our online store. Unfortunately we do not have any ETA on any given product.
