Eh, not so much. They have some background stuff going with how much purchasing you've done or something. I've only spent a few hundred over the past few years with them, and have entered well over 100 times (generally 1/2 or more of the available items) and Zero hits. Other people have gotten multiple hits, but the common theme seems to be that they've 'spent thousands', so maybe they're heavily prioritizing people with larger purchase histories. 

I don't believe you. I too have made a couple hundred $ in purchases from Newegg over the last few years, nowhere near the "thousands" you're talking about.
 
Been entering the Shuffle almost every day since April. Won multiple times. Declined to purchase on all but one of them.
 
So yes, it's winnable.

If more than two 30 Series product notifications existed prior to 10/11/2021, the notification system will only recognize the two oldest product notifications based on the date/time requested, as indicated with an Active status. ***It is no longer possible to change or delete notifies. Can someone from the EU queue confirm me that, under the "MY EVGA > My Notifies" page, there's no True/False column? I re-checked just now, I don't have anything like that.
Maybe I should point out that, of my 7 SKUs, I reduced my queues to 2 active items only before october the 11th.

This is now updated.

Help please, I received notification that only 2 cards can be in queue, so I removed 3 cards and left 2. Now I logged in and saw that my 1 of my 2 selected cards under the status "false". It means that I will not get a 3070 card? Can Evga help me to re-add or exchange to eligable card?
 
I'm waiting for my card since 2020 December! :(

EVGA strongly hinted that "Ultra" versions of either FTW3 or XC3/XC variants are to be preferred.
I won't hold my breath on "Gaming" or "Black" versions to see the light any time soon but who knows, maybe things will change in the (near) future and production will get back to some sort of "normality" if we will see something like that ever again…
