Yes. I was planning on a 3897. And I got it. But then my brother made a compelling case as to why he should get it (frontline worker, middle of pandemic, needed to blow things up that looked extra pretty during his few down hours, etc. etc.). I caved and gave it to him. And then I waited...and waited...and decided to go KPE HC...and waited...and am still waiting....

Okay So I decided to buy the bundle from Antonline.com
I got 1x evga 3090 3987
I got 1x evga mouse
I got 1x evga keyboard
I got 1x amd 5800x cpu
I went to register the evga gpu
So I punch in serial # 211413xxxxxxxxx
it says cool and it is registered but either I glitched or a data entry person at evga glitched
as the card is a evga 3090 24g-p5-3987-kr
and it is registered as an evga 3080 10g-p5-3897-kr
So I try to edit errors and of course you can not.
So I would like to know best contact email to fix error and correct the model to the 3090 24g-3987-kr I purchased on July 21
Not sure is I transposed and made the error or it evga data entry did it but
3987-kr was flipped to 3897-kr
Really nice card. So good that when Antonline did the bundle on august 3rd I got it again. the second bundle was
1x 3090 3987 model
1x k15 keyboard
1x z15 mouse.
I am taking my name off most of my queue
What does it say it is when you plug it in is the question, did someone at Antonline stick a 3080 in a 3090 box, does the number on the card match the # on the box?

All I wanted was a 3080, in a KPE now
I think more so alot of people had to settle one way or another. Nobody got what they actually wanted at first and had to settle for now until they got what they ultimately wanted.
If you're spending anywhere near 1k+ for a GPU, you should definitely get exactly what you want.
I've not had any luck at all getting a card, no chance to "settle" and yeah, still wishing for that 3080 XC3 I signed up for on 9/19/2020.

On Ebay watch , they are still dropping, 3080s I would imagine , should be under what they are going for in the shuffle in a week or 2, 3080ti and 3090s are going for a net loss as of this week, there is still stupid people buying the stray 3080 for 1825, but any ti I've seen over the last few days is going for 1725-1775, $ 1800 starting bid is going unsold.

Was going to sell my brother a 3080 at cost. Instead of waiting a few weeks he bought a Alienware with a 3080 for $2900 bucks! I got the 3080 like 2 weeks after he bought it. I sent him videos on how bad the Alienware was but he bought it anyway.

long time no see guys and gals, what have I missed the past month or so?
Life threw me for a loop and have since been trying to get through the mess I am in lol, aside from a completely random crash(or two) of what seems to be the mobo, in which GPU and USB would cut out, followed by a restart of PC without PSU cycling off, my 3090 KP HC is rock solid at 2160/2145 at 1.05v stable as a dream with mem at +1400
Maybe one of these days after I finally move, I will try to push my card to 2.2ghz+ in PR :P

Good to see you Cpt95, Still hanging around , did some KPE runs last night and erased my embracing RT score of 58.68 to 66.89, still hitting the wall on PR about 15280, classified tool is not my friend...I can make this card suck some wattage and score less, LOL, with the Classified tool It crashes with stars and then sits for a minute at zero output and fan speed, and 75% of the time it reboots, same thing with OCP enabled or disabled. Enewt has been great , keeping us fueled with great information where we are, (his Grandchildren should not have to worry about KPEs for their lifetime, lol) Sizeable drop this week with prices dropping on Ebay , everything is looking up.

Thanks to you I figured out I did a transposition error my bad. 2114133987..... is good I do own this card 211413389.... is my error So I do not own this card So I am able to register 2114133987...... correctly I just did for July 21 buy. but I caught the error after I purchased the $30 dollar 5 year warranty for the non-existent 3897 So I need to get in touch with sales? to transfer the warranty to the correct 3090 model 3987 So my product page shows 3090 model 3987 purchased august 3. 5 year warranty ...... all good. ..I did registration on August 7 3090 model 3987 purchased July 21 should have the 5 year warranty .. I did registration today on August 8 3080 model 3897 wrong registration and has the 5 year warranty that should be on the July 21 warranty. . I wrongly registered this on August 7 and purchased a five year warranty on it. I do not own it. A transposition error on my part. So I now have 2x 3090 3987 gpu units running nicely . Do I email sales? to fix my error?

On that same idea, something else I am very much hoping to come out of this fiasco (probably won't) is to develop or find a reputable reseller. With Amazon catering to massive scalpers in their "market place" and products gone before any human can possibly even hope to load the page. Newegg "packaging" poop with their shuffle "rewards" and the rest, I would love to see a better class of online retailers.

The antononline evga 3090 bundles were pretty good. The mouse and keyboard are both evga and good quality if you need one. One bundle also had amd 5800x with the mouse and keyboard I put that in a build. Really not a big markup and fast shipping on the two 3090's I grabbed.Maybe 5000 vs 4850 I ended up getting 2 egva 3090 3987 bundles from Antonline. 1 evga 3090 3987 from a very early NewEgg Shuffle. 1 evga 3060 from here at msrp 1 hybrid kingpin here at msrp Basically all this gear was around 7500 maybe 200 or 300 over msrp. But if you did not want high end the 3080 was not possible to get at msrp or close to impossible the 3060ti same issue as did the 3070 just too hard to get. All the 3090 were overkill builds everyone I built a rig for was looking for 3080's and say 900 cost they all ended up with 2000 usd gpu's

EVGA would have to remove the auto-notify button from the 3070 Ti XC3. To those in Europe, it has not sent a single one to a member of the elite club since it put it up for sale, 2 months ago.

Heck, I'll go for a 10 series or 16 series. Anything is better than the integrated GPU I have in my computer.
