How about a paid “Elite plus” membership. Say $1000 a year plus a 20% surcharge on products purchased to be guaranteed an email link for early orders. Would drive out the profits for scalpers, right?

Is there a 3080 ti queue spreadsheet?

Also, does anyone know about the  queue? I was in at 7:24:24 AM PT, but it's weird that they closed it. Will this fulfill quicker since they limited them? I feel like that implies there was some sort of plan behind that queue.
I didn't get into the XC3 queue though :( 

There is no "Notify" button on the 3080Ti on the EU site? Can anyone explain why?

You are missing the part numbers in your post.

so uhm...i get that we go the 3080 TI Scalper's Edition, but what about the good cards....like the 3897? ඞ

So here is the status update for the North American queues as of this morning (before any of today's drops). I do expect 3080 Tis to drop to the front of the new queues today (please report back your registration timestamps when you get your "invite to purchase" email -- that will help us track the front of the queue).
 
It sounds from some posts like the front might be at 7:20 am PT and not 6 am PT...see, we are already making progress...that's how that works, right?!?
 
Hopefully everybody is busy icing down their F5 fingers...your units performed admirably under extremely trying circumstances (or as one EVGA employee described it, "extremely high traffic" circumstances"). Be gentle with them...some may choose to go once more into the breach on June 10 for the 3070 Ti.  
 
Again, for those lucky enough to be a the front of the line, please report back when you get your "invite to purchase" email...and for the report to be most helpful, please couple the SKU number with your original timestamp (found here: https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp) in your post back to our community.

Given that I am a million miles away in the 3080ti queue, I'm going to stick with the 3898 and save $500. Maybe I will step up later, but I doubt it. The small increase in performance does not justify spending another $500.

I clicked the europe site but it was still showing me the dollar prices, even if bottom of the site says it is europe,
I took a picture just for the proof, hope they will understand the situation when the time comes...

I'm a hair over 2min out on 3898.  I agree that my preference is 3898 and I think it's probably still my best chance as well.

The reason is was such a sh*tshow is because evga was trying to implement a system that further restricts people being able to sign up for the queue on multiple different accounts.
This worked and they didn't have time to test it...I'll agree it was a mess but they are at least trying to thin the heard of scalpers

If they really wanted to do that, they could get rid of the Forum/Social Media option for the 24 hr advance signup and base it solely on past purchases.

Wouldn't have happen if only real evga elite members could buy, the next decision between Asus, Gigabyte, MSI and EVGA you can imagine which one I would consider ;)

its 2021 you will probably consider what ever card you get a chance to buy tbh

You are the earliest by far. Not sure how you were able to get in so quickly when a lot of people could not even log on to their account until well after 8am.
