Imagine the 3090 on the NA queue overtaking your 3070 times on the EU queue. I don't know why I keep looking at this, utterly upsetting the treatment of the EU queue...

Honestly, I believe that 3090 queue is moving quickly due to a lesser quantity of people at that time that were willing to pay 50% more for 10-15% more performance. I think most people put all their eggs on the 3080 because of that.  At that time, I doubt most people foresaw the GPU market being as bad as it is.  All things considered, if I could buy any gpu at MSRP, I would choose the 3080 (ASUS Strix 3080 at that, sorry, asus beat EVGA this time).

I definitely agree with you. I just remember when the cards were announced I was like "I don't want to pay over a grand for a card. I'll get a 3080 instead of a 3090" and now we're here convincing ourselves that $1100 for a 3080 is not a good deal. lol

I mean, when it moves, it moves, but I'm hard pressed to call it "quick". It still only has one drop every one to two weeks at best now, so I think someone sitting at the end of November on the queue is still looking at at least another month or two of waiting, if the card is even still being made at that point.

CCL and eBuyer had drops today and bots gobbled them all up. Surely the notify system was made to stop bots and acalpers profiteering because you are limited to 1 item per household.

Amazon frequently do drops from USA import to Germany but the UK doesn't get anything. Its disappointing.

Yes, and now I think I made a mistake by choosing the wrong time zone...

Seems to me like you are within an hour of queue time of the 3667, pray to the 30 series gods for drops in EU for that card

This is just depressing. I've been an EVGA customer since 2010. I've been waiting 7 months for 3897, and the queue has only moved a few days from launch date. My initial notify date was 09/17/2020, but I cancelled it and immediately reopened on 10/30/2020 because I thought had to renotify due to the start of the queueing system. I pretty much screwed myself since the launch date, and now I'm stuck being unable to upgrade my 1080. Any chance EVGA support would be able to do anything to help me, or am I stuck waiting like everyone else? Thanks for posting the queues, enewt.

Why doesn't EVGA's loyalty program not reward loyalty?
 
Why can't EVGA look into our purchase history and see if you've bought a card in the past 5 years, then you should be able to join in the queue and you're allowed to buy 1 card/year ? It's all tracked within our product registrations. This will keep-out unloyal customers and new robo-account and hence reward loyalty.
 
Or method 2 which is even better, the older your account, the more you can jump ahead of the queue but you only get to buy 1card/year?
 
We can devise methods and I would be happy to open up a GitHub program for this system for EVGA.
 
P.S. I hate MS Flight Sim 2020.

They are now adopting a system where elite members get priority in launch of future products:
