Why is EVGA still selling cards to evil Amazon? Cause bots are always getting Amazon. The Q and BB still are the best chances to get an EVGA card.

Probably seller agreements with Amazon and they have to meet a contract by providing a number of cards each month. A bigger question is why is nvidia or buyers letting Amazon get away with bots buying them then relisting them at 2x-3x markup?

I anticipate a day of mostly stragglers from yesterday's drops...which were not insignificant (relatively speaking; there is an argument that they've all been insignificant, but I will leave that discussion for the more salty among us). In other news...via Twitter, JacobF indicated that there should be an announcement this week about relighting the HC auto-notify buttons for the 3080s and 3090s (KPE HC news is pushed to April (at the earliest)). This is good news and I interpret it to mean that an additional HC drop will be coming on or before the day the auto-notify button is relit. Although he didn't say it, this may pertain only to the FTW3 versions...not sure. Best of luck today. Go get your gaming goodness! As of 8:35 am PT Wednesday, March 17, this is the status of the North American queues ( bolded font represents movement from the morning of March 16; italicized parentheticals calculate the length of movement from the prior report): Card SKU Auto-Notify Timestamp / (Change from Previous Summary) Ultra3090 FTW3 Ultra 3987 10/17/2020 15:23:44 (20:45:54) 3090 XC3 Ultra 3975 10/06/2020 06:21:58 3080 FTW3 Ultra 3897 09/20/2020 17:42:01 (05:38:48) 3080 XC3 Ultra 3885 09/18/2020 08:43:44 3070 FTW3 Ultra 3767 10/30/2020 08 :48:56 3070 XC3 Ultra 3755 11/08/2020 21:21:12 (55:00:54) 3060 Ti FTW3 Ultra 3667 12/01/2020 07:23:10 (00:02:18) Gaming3090 FTW3 Gaming 3985 09/24/2020 16:12:06 3090 XC3 Gaming 3973 09/24/2020 00:00:00 3080 FTW3 Gaming 3895 09/16/2020 00:00:00 3080 XC3 Gaming 3883 09/16/2020 11:01:20 3070 XC3 Gaming 3753 10/29/2020 06:20:00 3060 Ti FTW3 Gaming 3665 12/08/2020 15:52:06 3060 Ti XC3 Gaming 3663 12/01/2020 07:31:14 3060 XC3 Gaming 3657 02/25/2021 09:29:20 (00:01:12) Black3090 XC3 Black 3971 09/24/2020 00:00:00 3080 XC3 Black 3881 09/16/2020 15:14:00 3070 XC3 Black 3751 10/29/2020 06:19:23 3060 XC3 Black 3655 02/25/2021 09:03:39 (00:01:28) Hybrid 3090 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid 3988 12/11/2020 05:59:52 3090 XC3 Ultra Hybrid 3978 12/08/2020 14:19:07 3080 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid 3898 12/16/ 2020 09:05:12 3080 XC3 Ultra Hybrid 3888 12/10/2020 09:08:56 Hydro Copper (XC3 Delayed)3090 FTW 3 Ultra HC 3989 11/13/2020 09:54:29 3090 XC3 Ultra HC 3979 11/13/2020 00:00:00 3080 FTW3 Ultra HC 3899 11/13/2020 09:13:29 3080 XC3 Ultra HC 3889 11/13/2020 00:00:00 K|NGP|N (Queue sheet) 3998 12/20/2020 18:55:23 May your remaining wait be shorter than you anticipate; it is already longer than you deserve. Because they've already been paid at that point.

Is there a way to see what your placement is on the waiting list along with an approximate date of notification. just registered for the GTX 3070 gaming card today and was wondering when i might be able to get it.

Nothing official...nor, in my opinion, accurate. The Kingpin self-reported list is probably the most accurate (because that queue is limited to EVGA Elite members, many of whom frequent these forums). The more mainstream skus...in my opinion...the best thing you can do is track the timeline of the queue..."they aren't making any more days, hours, minutes or seconds...." Best of luck on your watch!

If it is sooner than April 15 you would be really really really lucky.

There is no official way to see your spot on the list and a rough estimate for the 3070 gaming is 6 months or more. The gaming card doesn't move much so i recommend going for one of the 3070 ultra cards if you want to see it sooner.

I'll just be that guy and let you know the reality of it. You won't see that card probably ever because it hasn't moved since it was introduced. The 3070 XC3 has moved like 9 days in 5 months and the 3070 FTW3 is still on day 1 of its launch. Getting into the queue now, you won't see any email/card until next year unless you're in the Kingpin queue. Otherwise, your best bet for a card now is to enter in the queue when the HC cards open or the 3080 Ti.

Long time listener, first time caller. Just wanted to step in and thank enewt for the enormous amount of work that goes into this along with everyone self reporting. I stupidly passed up my opportunity to buy my 3090 FTW3 Ultra in November... if I had any idea cards would still be this hard to come by I would have bought it. Now just waiting for -any- queue to come up :(

Thanks for the kind words and for participating in this thread. This community isn't possible without contributions from a whole bunch of folks -- including yourself. Reporting your timestamp back to the thread when you get your invite to purchase email lifts everybody's spirits and makes this whole thing function. Sorry to hear about the 3090 miss, but "nobody expected the NVIDIA Tech Debacle of 2020-2021β’ (Β© NVIDIA 2020-2023)." I am confident that your watch will result in a card; best of luck!

They are prioritizing higher margin cards. Probably for multiple reasons including honoring their prices through april 16th, retail requirements, and binning.

The more I think about it the more I wonder if it's really worth it for a 3080TI to come out... There isn't much room for improvement between a 3080 and 3090, no matter if it's power-wise or vRAM-wise or anything else...

Yes, you'll be getting a 3090 minus the extra vram and nvlink so you could think of it as a gamer's version of the 3090 at few hundred less.

You queued for SKU 3753 (3070 XC3 Gaming)? It has barely moved and, unfortunately, it is not a queue that has received regular drops. The timestamp column indicates the most recent registration date/time to reportedly receive an "invite to purchase" email. The parenthetical indicates how much movement was made between the current report and the prior weekday morning's report. For your 3753 SKU, the most recent person to receive an invite to purchase email for that SKU registered for it on October 29 around 6:20 am. So more than 4.5 months ahead of your registration from the last day or so. Bottom line, you have an extended wait ahead of you. I am sorry I don't have better news.

The card model's part number. Each card model has a unique four digit number.

First, thank you for your service. As a veteran myself, I know it can be a grind in many different ways. I don't want to go all counselor on you, but it sounds like you're being medically discharged. Make sure you follow up with all the right documentation with the VA. Being medically discharged should make this a simple thing for the VA to get you squared away with post military. Also, as you transition to college, you will be well served to not only ask questions, but read a little and do some research. I came out of the military and went (back) to college, so I know it's not an easy transition (first semester having to just sit through hours of lectures again - brutal). But from yesterday: Re: New EVGA.com Notification Checkout Process 15 hours ago (permalink) GabrielAndrews Can you please explain to me how to read that chart? To the left of the date is the ItemID (specific model of card). The date is the last date a notify was sent for that card. The numbers following the date are the last timestamp someone reported getting a notify, and if they are bold, that this happened today (or yesterday if it's enewt's AM update). The time in parenthesis is the amount of time it moved since the last moment enewt recorded the previous latest notification on a day there were drops (notifications to buy sent). Hint: It moves somewhat slower than you will like.

The 3080 FTW3 Ultra MSRP is $20 more than the XC3 Ultra ($840 vs $860). The XC3 Ultra is one of two 3080s in the ENTIRE FE + AIB LINEUP that fit in SFF cases (XC3 is 2.2 slot height, Founders is 2 slot height). Everything else is 2.5 or above. The XC3 Ultra has one less POSCAP than the FTW3, has a much smaller cooling block, a gimped iCX3 implementation, and a much smaller ARGB area (logo letters only) yet costs nearly as much. Maybe the margin is smaller, but we don't know that, and if it is it ain't much. It's more like the FTW3 is the more popular card and they said, "well, we aren't getting many chips from NVidia, so let's focus on the one more people want." Sucks for those of us with a SFF case who are 17 stupid minutes away in the XC3 Ultra queue that they stopped moving completely after getting through 2 days.
