Pretty much a nothing day. It turns out EVGA was open for business, despite it being MLK Jr. Day. And they had drops for us. But given an unexpected “server issue” EVGA halted the distribution of “invite to purchase” emails early this morning as the website was brought to its knees.
 
Hopefully they will have their server figured out by tomorrow morning when we will resume our watch.

Looks like the queue for 3885 is dead in the water, so sadly I'm going to go find myself one elsewhere.  I'd love to stay with EVGA, but I need this card for a completed i9-9900ks build that I've been sitting on for 3 months!  If/When I do find something, I'm gonna delete my notify.

I mean, how many other manufacturer's even had a que?  Any?  Yet you want to rag on EVGA for trying to put at least some of their cards in their loyal gamers' hands.  They have contractual obligations to the resellers.  Where did you get your Zotac card?

Hey Enewt, I'm on 10/7 3:51:56 of the FTW3 3080 queue while I'm at 12/10 9:10:39 of XC3 Hybrid. Realistically, which one do you think will come in first, and by how long? The XC3 Hybrid has kinda stalled. I wanna get in on a card before the price increase in April.

You're asking about the 3080 XC3 Ultra Hybrid?  If so, definitely the waterlogged card.  The 3080 FTW3 Ultra (which I think is the air-cooled card to which you are referring) still has to make it through the registration congestion of 10/5 and 10/6 (the queue announcement day and the queue publicizing day, respectively).  I have to believe that you will have the waterlogged card invite in your in-box before April 16.  Best of luck!

If I get my card tomorrow then that's a BIG 3898 drop XD

Since none of these have passed their launch dates can I assume there's like a 0% chance to get one if you didn't add it on the launch date?

New to all this.  Is Tuesday when Bestbuy and other store restock?  I am in the Que as well.  Just wondering where I should be refreshing at.  I don't even need the latest GPU.  Got a Ryzen 5 3600.  Any direction would be greatly appreciated!

I cannot speak to other storefronts, but the queue drops almost every day. Some drops are “new” drops. Others are “straggler” drops (i.e., smaller drops that send out new invite to purchase emails for cards that were passed on by the prior day’s email recipients). If you just recently joined the queue, you likely have a long wait ahead of you. In that case, F5 away at your retailer choice. Best of luck!

Good morning, fellow hunters

Good morning.  However I must not be a very good hunter.  Been f5'ing since 5PM last night, but nya ool.  There were a couple of 3090's available but I didn't want to spend an extra $900 to get 15% more performance than a 3080.

Excited to see the 3751 finally moving again! Hopefully it keeps going. Less than 20 minutes away.

Yes, roughly 9-10am PT. It's closer to 10 though from my experience.
