Watch Dogs Legion was on the nicer side because it's not a "gigantic" game, and I got to pre-load it, that helped. Anyone know how big the CoD that's the current 3080/3090 promo is?
Supposedly about 85gb+. It depends on whether you elect to download all of it or just some of it (they now provide some select/de-select options in the Battle.net launcher) ...wait...I just realized you meant how many units. No idea. I do think they the codes are released in tranches, so there may be periodic sell-outs until EVGA receives an additional allotment.

Old/experienced/knowledgeable/rational/financially secured/enjoy in life, comes in a package. Quite comfortable position for me.

Honestly one of the things I was bummed about on the wait time, more than missing out on the card for now, was the promo. WD:Legions is a game I actually want to play. CoD is absolutely not. Maybe by the time I finally card a card there will be a new bundle again :p

If they actually do CyberPunk 2077 I'll be surprised, but that'd be nice for me, I could refund my Steam pre-order & spend that $60 on a different game/games during Black Friday.

After our first computer (Apple IIe), the second family computer was a DEC PC (an IBM compatible). The sales person sold my parents on it by picking up an IBM case in the store and shaking it and then the DEC case. Conveniently, there was a screw loose in the IBM that rattled around. "It's about build quality." Nice upsell technique in the early eighties. The best game we had was "Strategic Conquest" an early ascii-based 4X game that I view as a precursor to Sid's Civilization franchise.

In general who played with DOS is old timer.
Windows (believe 3.11 for workgroup was the first one) users are kinda younger generation in my books.

One word: Rails Favorite DOS game. lol I think that was a pre-cursor to the (not new but newer) Sid Railroads games.

No no I meant how big the game is size wise lol That's pretty nuts, considering most CoD games have a single player that is very linear, that it's that huge. I bought CoD4 (MW1) Remastered specifically to enjoy the nostalgia of playing that again, I used to play it semi-competitively in a few leagues back when it was a new game... then MW2 came along with it's "no dedicated servers" & ruined the competitive scene for a while, was much sadness. I hope I'm wrong & Cyberpunk 2077 is the next bundle, especially since I'd be getting it with a Hybrid 3080, in theory.

I've spent so much time trying to actually find a card, that now that I have my XC3 black 3080, I'm not sure if I should have received game codes from it. I got my notification Tuesday, and received the card yesterday, and I don't see any mention of product keys for COD or WDL. Has that promotion ended? Or is there something I should do to try and claim them?

Question answered.
I wondered why people that were on the spreadsheet and got their cards didn't mark themselves as having purchased. I know why now.
Somehow, in all of the spam and restores of the spreadsheet something must've gotten screwed up. I showed up on the spreadsheet but when I went back to update it the form acted as if I'd never added myself for the 3080 FTW Ultra so I added myself, again, and populated the info for the notification and purchase. Went through the whole process and reloaded the spreadsheet and ... nuthin.
I tried ... but if you ever wonder why the dates are screwy and people don't update the spreadsheet my experience could very well be why.
