enewt The 3955 was on the summary last on September 20, 2021. EVGA then took the SKU's product page down off of the website, so I removed it from the summary. They have recently added it back to the product pages, but if you look at it now -- EVGA doesn't even list it as "out of stock" (here, bottom of the page)...it is almost as it is a DIY Tool exclusive....
Explains why I kept the notify for it, since there was no 3080 Ti "XC3 Ultra" model option when it was required to get down to 2 notifies. There was notifies going out for the 12G-P5-3953-KR as late as Dec. but before the 3080 12GB was released. As I said, RIP.

This scenario might be worth an email to webmaster@evga.com if you want to try to move to a different SKU. This is the one SKU that they really did remove from their product listings. If you explain the situation, they might be willing to move you to the 3953 or something else. It might be worth the five minutes to draft the email explaining the situation and the ask. I would make crystal clear up front that this is about the 3955 that was removed from the queue process. It might be futile, but this is the best case I have seen for a petition for relief. Best of luck!

I received a Update Notification for a 3090 FTW3 ultra. Perfect for the new build. But I cannot checkout. It says I reached product limit. I bought a 3090 in Nov 2020 before all the craziness. Maddening, I relinquished my line position in kingpin as you guys advised to focus on 3090 and 3080s.

It would stop you if you purchased that 3090 directly from the EVGA Store and it is the same exact SKU as your current notify. In that case, it states limit one per household on the product page. Tough break. Sorry to hear this.

It has been an EVGA established rule from the beginning that it is one unit per SKU from the queues (Queues 1.0 and 2.1; Queue 3.0 is a little different, check the rules). Did folks personally advise you to keep the 3090 FTW3 Ultra after you disclosed that you had already purchased a 3090 FTW3 Ultra from the queues?

When I purchased the first there wasn't any limit. It was in the evga email send to all advising to focus on 3090 and 3080 as Kingpin numbers are much lower when asking to organize your queue entries. Now if I bought some place else I could buy another? Serious turn off.

Thanks for the suggestion Enewt but I am already in the 3953 queue. My comment was more of a theory about the 3953's fate since with the launch of the 3080 12GB models, it not longer fit into the pricing model at $1209. With the 4865 at $1249 and the 4877 at $1299, the 3953 didn't make sense at $1209 (3080 Ti for less than a 3080 12GB). I was expecting they would either 1. Raise the price of the 3953 or 2. Not make anymore 3953 models. It's just a hunch but I'd guess #2 happened with the resurface of the 3955 at $1329, as it "fits" into the current pricing. Still sucks because I was very close 3953 queue. Conversely, I could be completely wrong and EVGA is still planning to fulfill 3953 units at $1209... the absence of confirmation is speculation, and that is all we can do...

Hxx Getting close to eBay scalper pricing on the configurator . The addons won’t be worth nearly as much should u decide to sell them. I suppose that’s the only way to combat scalpers
I agree, the addons are a little pricey, but they can be used in a build if you want. or you sell them at a slight loss, but you still got a good gpu at a price you cant find on ebay
They would sell for much less than a "slight loss". All those components are typically on sale for half or less than what EVGA "sells" them. the mouse sold for $20, the keyboard sold for $25, etc if you absolutely need those addons then i agree worth it, otherwise seek other options. Selling them is not gonna get u far.

That's odd. I seem to recall the one unit per SKU from the queue from the beginning of the queue structure back in October 2020.

That's odd. I seem to recall the one unit per SKU from the queue from the beginning of the queue structure back in October 2020. I went back to confirm. EVGA was already communicating in the forums and via EVGA_JacobF tweets that it was one per SKU as far back as October 5 (the night the EVGA Queue was announced).

I wish EVGA would figure out the sku before sending out the notify and give people a hard attack when they actually can't go through with confirming the order. I now have nothing to expect after 8 months. I guess it will be a Z690 classified build with an AMD card in it.

So if it says "add to kit" does that mean that product is in stock ATM?
yes, if its not in stock im pretty sure you won't even see the part. or it will say coming soon. and that doesn't mean its in stock for the queue, just for the diy.

Yes i am; with unreal engine 4 and small project is ok. : )
Yeah. Reminds me that I was asked to repair a computer underneath a ski machine. It basically runs video game visuals for horizontal skiing movement, and this is the GPU slot. It will likely be the only time in my life where I unironically buy a single-slot graphics card. The old card was an XFX card with an AMD C552 (Radeon R7 240 780m with 4gb VRAM), and I replaced it with a Zotac GeForce GT 710 with 2gb VRAM.

One thing I noticed with the 12GB 3080’s are they had the KR model number, which was full hash rate. Has anyone confirmed that first hand? It’s an interesting change if so, given the TI is LHR. Edit: Just realized the 3080TI is KR too, so I guess it was an oversight on my part and they are in fact LHR. Good to see.

Cards released after the switch to LHR are LHR regardless of the KR suffix. Except, as noted above, 3090s and FE GPUs.

They had old stock of full hash rate dies, both the 3889 and 3899 -kr suffix moved before transitioning into the -kl. New ones being build are KL correct, but that definitely could have been -kr.

I'm a bit concerned. I missed my chance at a regular 3060 thanks to my email service not forwarding the email, so I found out too late.
I will still get a chance on the 3060 Ti, since the notification hasn't been sent yet and I am still on the list (It says TRUE), correct?
