I usually do not enter lotteries. As I do not gamble.  Its cool maybe they will drop more hybrids.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have at the end a total of 499 entries for the 500 shirts.
 
I don't think you would be giving them any more data than they already have, but I appreciate your principled position.

Any news on the 3783?  It had been moving a few hours here and there, but now nothing for a month or more.  Did I choose poorly sticking with that card?

   3. EVGA strongly suggests to keep the FTW3 ULTRA or XC3 ULTRA models due to consistent supply compared to limited supply on K|NGP|N, HYDRO COPPER and HYBRID due to supply constraints.
   4. EVGA is also going to be adding SMS verification to the checkout process for all notifications to catch bot orders.
2. The queue system will not be turned back on until the current queues are fulfilled.
3. The checkout window is 20 hours from the time of notification released. "

That might be true in the long run, but we have seen the 3663 advance at a very rapid rate since they made the rule change and recommendation.  It's not FTW or XC3 Ultra.  So....there is that.  
 
3783...It's in my list of too.  That means you have chosen to get in the line that is on life support at best.  All of the lines I have gotten in here get that treatment. I am starting to take it personal.  Ha!
 
That said,  It will eventually get to your position. We hope.

The 3783 is a poor choice. It is the lowest priced card for EVGA’s 3070Ti line and will unlikely see any priority, if history is our guide. It might see a tiny drop by New Years when they save up enough 3785 cards that didn’t make the boost clock target.

There are some examples of where the Ultra rule doesn’t apply. The 3663 is just one exception. Since there is no 3060Ti XC Ultra option, the regular 3663 stands as a one-of-a-kind EVGA 3060Ti in XC flavor. It fits a niche market and is built on the 3060 PCB with its smaller sized cooler.

Look at the same 2-fan cards in 3060 flavor. 3657 is a regular XC non-Ultra and is another exception. There is no Ultra 3060 option. So the 3657, by default, is a non-Ultra “Ultra” for the 3060 line (all of which are XC).

Queue history tells us that 3657 was a sure bet, but the movement for 3663 was a big surprise. I’m sure Hari Seldon could have predicted it though.

Note: if you reread the EVGA guidance on queue reduction, there is no mention of XC.
