LeChuck81 Couldn't find a thread like this one for the EU notifies though, probably because it would be a dead thead…
This is the one I remember...https://forums.evga.com/What39s-going-on-with-EU-and-308039s-m3109033-p78.aspx...but it has been dormant for about a week.
Oh, didn't really dig that one 'cause, as per title, I thought it was for 3080s only, and my main targets, given the PC case I'm building into (look my signature for more info), really are 3070s and Tis, XC3 version specifically, 3080 XC3 is not realistic in my case and only thrown in as another option, should I ever get to it before 3070 or Ti (LOL).

lol999 AGAIN NO CARDS for EU what a joke EVGA. Fith class customers we are! Or in other words the guys on the titanic below the waterline closed away from the rich people.
bgmaster Yes, the percentage of GPUs shipped to Europeans must be 10%. This difference in treatment between customers is shameful.
I understand the frustration, but please remember that EVGA is an American company whose primary focus is doing business in this country. When there is already more than enough demand among their domestic customers, you can understand why only a fraction of the products are getting shipped overseas. It may not be what you want to hear, but you are probably better off focusing on other means of obtaining a gpu, at least until supply catches up (which could be another year or more out).

As I said before, anyone in the EU that wants to take a package deal of my family's medical bills, insurance premiums, and a KingPin 3090, I am more than happy to oblige. :D I do agree that EVGA should either fulfill the EU queue or simply not have it.

Dwarfy Actually they are shipping this way in sizeable numbers, it's the queue that is not seeing stock. Screen grabs as of right now They have contractual obligations with EU retailers that were negotiated before the pandemic and this whole mess started, so yes they are still sending them cards. That does not change my comment about the EU queue.

What is wrong with website can not get into notifies. And support is yet to get back to me on the transposition error I did on the 3987 3090 card. I registered it as a 3897 and purchased the warranty extension for 30 bucks. Need to cancel the registration and transfer the ext to the correct 3090 model 3987 card I am using safari browser. I guess I will try chrome. Note chrome works

I was able to buy a Gigabyte 6600 XT Eagle from a normal retailer for an incredible 400 EUR today (which is basically the MSRP) in the course of the product launch. And the cards were still relatively available for 10 minutes before the prices went through the roof. Hopefully the order won't be canceled again without giving any reasons, retailers do that quite often lately when the profits seem too low for them retrospectively.
The 6600 XT is a pretty decent card for WQHD according to early tests, about on par with a 3060, and will replace my struggling RTX 2060 for a while until prices come back down. I would have liked a 3070 or 3080 with ray tracing, but that won't happen for a while. The MSRP was already relatively high for the little extra performance anyway, I'm NOT paying even another 40% on top of that.
I will keep my EVGA notifications active for a while, but I don't have high hopes anymore. A 3070ti would still have been a halfway acceptable compromise, but the movement in the waiting list is zero in this respect. And I'm only talking about the US list. Enough has already been written before about the handling of the EU list.

When you registered you must enter the serial number. The serial number should have automatically corrected your mistake. Did that not happen? In your list of registered products does it still show up as 3897? Sorry for the simple comment but something should have prevented you from completing the registration.

If they sent anything more than a smidge to the EU queue, we'd be pissed that they're sending so much product over there, it's not like the queue over here is moving more than a snail's pace.

AMD apparently had announcement of a vaporware launch. 908a pt. Humpday luck * on this line still moving, we are nearly over the second Hump on the 3897 eventhough I figured this would have happened by mid spring , boy was that wrong, but things are still looking up, most 3090s and 3080ti are not reaching positive profitability in the resale and that's got to open up things for real customers . Hope you get your email!

LeChuck81 Hi our fellow amphibian guide and entertainer, I don't know if in the last 1647 pages of this thread this has already been discussed, can't really read them all (^^;), but I've been participating for the last 80 pages and, anyway, I was wondering if you think adding the total number of VGAs notified since the last update would be a nice add to you twice daily report. Keep up the great work, the watch is much more bearable with your daily report, even if EVGA seems to dislike our european EUROs, at least compared to across the pond's american USD.
I hope the EU supply increases significantly. That has been discussed multiple times over the last ten plus months. I have held off adding the total number of reports that are sent to me or that I source on various websites/discords/twitter/etc. as I don't think it is meaningful. It is a subset of an unknown whole and thus would paint an incomplete picture of any particular drop or the queues in general. I have already seen folks rely on the commercial tracking site (that tracks initial sign-ups not confirmed "invite to purchase" emails) to their detriment (the commercial website indicated that they were only a handful of sign-ups away and gave an erroneous "expected email date" (not sure what they call it...that is my paraphrase) when, in fact, there were hundreds of sign-ups between the head of the queue and their registration dates; they passed on the first card and then waited and waited and waited...). My philosophy has been -- and continues to be -- that we should be tracking progression along the timeline, not numbers of reports. As I have said repeatedly, there aren't undisclosed seconds, minutes, hours.... And, yes, this topic has been raised a number of times. If you are looking for the EU summary, there is a link to BovineGamer's summary in my signature block below. Best of luck on your watch.
I too hope the supply will increase, other resellers and other brands costs are absurd lately

no I was tired and just finished dealing with a relatives medical emergency. So I simply put in the first evga 3090 3987 purchased from antonline on Aug 03 and purchased the extended warranty I then put in the second evga 3090 3987 (incorrcetly) and purchased the extended warranty. With a transpo error just like I did here with incorrectly. Even though I did the transposition error and did not see the problem until after I purchased a warranty on a 3080 that I do not own. I will say 2 things: a serial number for a 3090 could have 1 extra digit and the system catches it. the fact that serial number 211413389702xxxxx shows a 3080 3897 error and not mine serial number 211413398702xxxxx shows a 3080 3987 correct and mine is on evga as a simple transposition error should not work. Second the screen in black background white type which appears to be a default is hard as f--k for me to read. I would prefer a white background with black type as the default for my products. I am annoyed for missing it and now having a 30 dollar extend warranty on a card I don't own I am annoyed they have yet to contact me. I am also informing you that you are correct in that I made the mistake. While I am posting does anyone know if I can alter the black background white print to white background black type? BTW I am fighting with another company that does a lot of work for me that switched to a black background with white type. So far they have not offered me an option to have a white background with black type. I am wondering if evga is going to do the same or if I am missing the option to change the background. Note chrome allows color of type to change with and extension. But so far I am stuck with that god awful black background.

enewt Camel Day. Let's all ride to Gaming Valhalla. Apologies for the late summary update and the phoned-in intro, but your friendly, neighborhood amphibian slept in this morning after an epic 3 am battle with a small mouse that made the unfortunate decision to sneak into the home through the cat door. The cat and yours-truly turned the home office upside down chasing that frightened little mus musculus around the room. The crashing and banging woke up the whole family and left me wide awake.... The latest info I have can be found in BovineGamer's EU summary (link is in the signature block of each of my posts). Here it is (in case you are on a mobile phone): EU Notify Queue Summary.

And after playing with chrome I can do some over ride of color on the products I have registered. But background is still black which is hard on my eyes. edit @ frank3d. I wanted to be really angry at you say lots of salty stuff. But I did look at every browser I have and chrome allows a change color extension. It is a bit better than the page evga uses as default thank you for your input. Maybe they will get to me I sent the email to support. So I am hoping they delete the 3897 and move the warranty to the 3987 this week. At least the product list page is a little better thanks to you.

rickychanny hello Jacob,
I'm sorry to post this question here but I'm at my wit's end. I have an RMA replacement stuck at customs and they are holding me to ransom, and refusing to release my card. in short the problem according to the customs agent I spoke to for over four hours via email yesterday, EVGA has sent a proforma invoice with the replacement card according to the agent I spoke to, the proforma will not suffice as sufficient evidence for the item, and I need a commercial invoice.
easy enough to ask for or so i thought I went onto EVGA and put a request in to ask for a commercial invoice only to receive in both replies I got! the same proforma invoice which as I was told is no good and customs will not accept, and now I am stuck with customs holding me to ransom, and they won't release my card until I provide them with the correct form could you please contact me asap and provide me with a commercial invoice so I can get my card released from customs I did try to ring your support line and it was on hold for 25 mins then the call just hung up!
I am at my wits end all I need is a commercial invoice for my RMA to be released I understand I may need to pay tax that is not the problem, the problem is asking for a commercial invoice then having my question ignored and being sent the proforma invoice over and over so would you please contact me and help me sort this matter out.
thank you Alan.
You might have a better chance with a response on Twitter. EVGA_JacobF
Does this happen often? And is it through shipping or physically crossing between national borders and carrying this thing?
I have a 2060 RMA currently at EVGA. I'm guessing it'll ship out next week providing stock and whatnot. When it goes through customs, I'll update if I deal with the same problem or not - I won't be impressed if UPS tries to take a brokerage cut from a zero-dollar RMA exchange. When I sent the card I put "REPAIR_AND_RETURN" in the customs documentation. EVGA shouldn't have needed to pay brokerage but I have no idea if they did or not.
RMA 2060 arrived today. No customs or brokerage fees. @rickychanny, I'd definitely give customs heck for being crooked.

As you can see your original comment did not mention the queue EU or otherwise..... Your original comment said that EVGA were American and thus serve American's first and I meerly pointed out that stock of EVGA cards were getting shipped to the EU (well UK at least) EVGA are indeed run from an American HQ, but the cards are not built there and thus shipping from the factory to a USA distribution center, before shipping to the customer. They don't have a EU distribution anymore since they down sized the EU branch and as such they now ship to EU customers direct from Taiwan. This alone is a factor in EU customers dismay as USA is two steps yet we are direct. I'm sure there is more to it and EVGA has not elaborated, so we wait and get a little sad seeing US customers posting notifies. Yes the US queue is slow but slow is better than next to nothing.

lol999 AGAIN NO CARDS for EU what a joke EVGA. Fith class customers we are! Or in other words the guys on the titanic below the waterline closed away from the rich people.
bgmaster Yes, the percentage of GPUs shipped to Europeans must be 10%. This difference in treatment between customers is shameful.

Exactly. I've had a Behringer 2600 on order since the day it was announced, back in October of 2020. They've been shipped ALL OVER Europe, but here in the USA we haven't seen many, if any, yet. Same reason - servicing the home turf first. It sucks, but I get it.

damkor20Why is the Notification system unfair ? There are big differences between US and EU Life is unfair. It is how it is. It just can't be fair for everyone.
Use associate code to save 3% on your EVGA GPU purchase! And up to 10% on other products!

I would love to see everyone get the opportunity to buy their desired GPU at MSRP, regardless of country. Unfortunately that is not the case now or for the foreseeable future, so if I were located in the EU I would be focusing my attention on other means of obtaining one and would consider the EVGA EU queue as merely a backup plan. It sucks, and not necessarily fair, but it is what it is. I would also think that it is significantly more expensive and logistically complicated to ship single GPUs from Taiwan to individual customers rather than bulk shipments to a distribution center first (which is why distribution centers exist and shipping companies are built around them). I have no idea if that cost is passed on to the customer purchasing though.

philipma1957 What is wrong with website can not get into notifies. And support is yet to get back to me on the transposition error I did on the 3987 3090 card. I registered it as a 3897 and purchased the warranty extension for 30 bucks. Need to cancel the registration and transfer the ext to the correct 3090 model 3987 card I am using safari browser.
When you registered you must enter the serial number. The serial number should have automatically corrected your mistake. Did that not happen? In your list of registered products does it still show up as 3897? Sorry for the simple comment but something should have prevented you from completing the registration.
no I was tired and just finished dealing with a relatives medical emergency.
Thank you for explaining. I never would have guessed that the serial numbers were so close like that. So easy to make a mistake. I understand. BTW, completely agree about white text on black. Takes a while for my eyes to adjust. I never understood why it's so popular. I'm sure EVGA will eventually sort it out for you. I've had some of my requests take a while but they always get to it.
