Happens to me a lot with my Chase debit card on the EVGA website. I just use paypal now without issue.

Not sure if I am going to get it or pass and wait for the FTW3 HC.
The HC cards are extremely slow in release. Unless you are really close you are taking gamble by passing a card up that you could use especially if it meets your needs.
I'm 19 min away from the HC, but I think I am going to buy the XC3 (and use enewts code) and remove myself from the HC queue. I have a 3080 XC3 I am swapping the EK block from, might even put the hybrid cooler on the 3080.
