EVGA support should respond, they are always within a day or so for me. I am sure they get flooded with a million "can you tell me my queue spot?" emails a day. They should really put a big red disclaimer box explaining that this information is not shared to customers.

There are definitely improvements that could be made to the queue instead of treating it like it is the greatest thing for the shortages and saying "we are the only company to have a queue for you to put your name down".
I cannot understand why they don't provide your queue number so you can make an informed decision on how close or far away you are from the card you really want instead of taking whatever you can find if you need a GPU. It would remove a need to provide the disclaimer or any additional issues with emails being sent just to ask about the number.

The more we are kept in the dark, the more they can focus on their business, which isn't focused on having queue fulfillment as primary. Not saying it's not BS, I mean, you take a number other places and can see the "Now Serving" sign. But they don't want us knowing the details/numbers, and what can we do about it? Nothing, except stop buying and that aint crappening.

I got my kingpin hybrid with a 1/31/2021 19:18:37 sold to me on 7/7/2021 10 am . I am 346 on the kingpin hybrid list tranche #2 Tranche # 1 was 118 long they are up to 384 on list 2 so from 7/7 to 8/10 it went from 346 to 384

I guess that makes sense, but everyone knows that stock is being bought up left and right. Multiple firms have been accurately predicting numbers of GPUs produced and sold by NVIDIA and AMD so I am not really sure why that would matter in the grand scheme. Oh well... still going to be here until I get a 3967 or 3968.

These GPU companies are scrutinized more than any other manufacturing company on earth it seems like. Just an observation. People feel very entitled to information that companies really don't have to oblige. Answering millions of emails? Yeah right. They probably need to use their time using logistics for other things. I honestly doubt they care if we know who they sell too. It's their product in the first place. If they wanna do a giveaway of a 100 cards that could have went into the que. That's their prerogative. Companies keep their boundaries. They won't let you raid their books for no reason. They don't need to. It's a privacy thing like asking a stranger who they voted for or something. That scene from "The Longest Yard" with Adam Sandler comes to mind. "Hey, you haven't played in years. Why can't I be the Quarterback?"
