Yes, but rarely.
Jacob actually did mention on twitter that there might be a 3080 ti drop later today if they were able to get their shipment sorted in time. He said late today or monday...soo I am guessing all the late emails going out are all 3080 ti cardss
There have been some. IIRC the last time was a Friday as well. Trying to get things out before the weekend. I think that was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend the last time. So it happens, but not too often. Seems like the case today. Congrats Urobulus and others.

I wish the wheel spin use was more clear to "not spin it " until just before your actually purchase so that the 90 day counter doesn't start. When you initially sign up for the elite status. I will be cutting it close if cards get delayed for more than a month and half, that would suck to lose the discount...

It was only a temporary bonus program and All the elite member before and after did not get a wheel spin, I think not spinning it would have forfeited the program also.
