Seriously, why are the auto-notify buttons still live for the 3080ti's? Those who auto-notified after 8:30 (like me) will never get one through the queue. EVGA might as well just disable the auto-notify buttons until they sort out the current queue vs. giving people false hope.

adeptxxx I have a 3060 12gb that I purchased on 5/12 and registered today 6/2. When I try to step up it says that it is not eligible. Does anyone know why?
I think the 3060 has a shorter stepup time. I did my stepup on a 3060 before 30 days but it did the same thing. I bought the 10 year warranty and then it let me do a stepup. Bonus was that teh 10 year warranty carried over to my 3090 at no extra charge.
It says I have the 3 year warranty. Where do I go to purchase the extended so that I can step up? I see the pages going over prices but nowhere to purchase. Also, I bought this at BestBuy. Not sure if that matters. 12G-P5-3657-KB

Well seems like another day without emails for the 3897... Noticed how they completely stopped moving since the little burst of last week? I fear we might not see the 3897 move at all for the next couple of weeks now that the TIs are out, they will probably mostly focus on that...

I think they should set up a waiting room like Ticketmaster did to prevent their servers from crashing. The waiting room only lets in a certain number of people at a time which keeps the server from getting bogged down. It's an obvious solution that is easy to implement. Ticket sellers have been clued into this technology since at least 2015. EVGA management keeps getting caught flat footed and is perpetually behind the curve. It's a bit strange that I find myself saying this about a company that prides itself on being on the cutting edge of computer related technology.
That is the simplest solution to the problem, all they need to do is implement it which would be incredibly easy since its been in use for years, all the bugs have been ironed out a long time ago, works flawlessly every time.

Or they should run their website using kubernetes in cloud. Just adding additional nodes would solve issue. And dont forget about load balancer.

i have a question . for example on amazon there are professional and normal accounts so you can buy without tax when buying from EU threw the VIES system. is here an option available ? i cant really test it since there are no products for me to click to add to cart or something like that. nor do i see any field to add the required information thanks in advance

You have to register it in the first 14 days to be eligible for a step-up. If you buy the extended warranty, it will become available for step-up. That's an extra step you have to go through if you missed the first 14 days. It'll cost you 20 bucks for a 5 year warranty, and it will transfer to whatever card you step up to.

I don't have any reason to think 3897 will receive notifies today, but jacob said earlier he had no eta for what time 3080ti notifies went out today other than today. I expect later than usual notifies for anything that goes out today.

I do expect 3080 Tis to drop to the front of the new queues today (please report back your registration timestamps when you get your "invite to purchase" email -- that will help us track the front of the queue).
I think you need another line for the FTW3 and mouse Launch Edition bundle--- 12G-P5-3967-K2 , I think it's a separate queue
I never saw a notify button pop up for that sku. I thought anyone who was able to queue today and maybe order within a week or so will get that, but who knows
I saw the notify button for it, but wasn't able to get in at the time. It was around 7 AM if I recall correctly.

They do ban them, but they just create a new account and keep spamming. It's probably some butt hurt kid who did not get a good time stamp. Given the subject matter on this forum (mostly gaming), it's inevitable that there are going to be some immature kids here, and adults for that matter. I'm outta here for a while. Y'all enjoy the rest of your day and try to keep all of this in perspective. It's just a hunk of metal.

BovineGamer Here is the current situation on the EU Queue. Crashes on the US site were pretty much the same on the EU side, I will spare the bloody details. The head of the queue is currently at 7:21:34 although I have seen reports of maybe 2 earlier stamps.
