For some context, let me share queue-to-Step 2 (aka invitation to purchase) times for the 3080 FTW3 Ultra, which has been EVGA's most popular 3080 SKU:

• 6:00 AM PT queue - 19 days (10/06/2020) Step 2
• 6:30 AM PT queue - 20 days (10/07/2020) Step 2
• 7:00 AM PT queue - 20 days (10/07/2020) Step 2
• 7:30 AM PT queue - 26 days (10/13/2020) Step 2
• 8:00 AM PT queue - 34 days (10/21/2020) Step 2
• 8:30 AM PT queue - 41 days (10/28/2020) Step 2
• 9:00 AM PT queue - 42 days (10/29/2020) Step 2
• 9:30 AM PT queue - 46 days (11/02/2020) Step 2
• 10:00 AM PT queue -  46 days (11/02/2020) Step 2
• 10:30 AM PT queue -  47 days (11/03/2020) Step 2

Obviously, there are caveats at play that make these launches very different: differing inventory levels, the fact that the notify queue was established for the TI launch (and its benefits being more well known than the 30-series launch), elite-status only access for the first 27 hours, etc...
 
But I'm sharing this info to help set expectations for some folks who seem to think that signing up at 7:55 am today means they won't get their cards until several months down the road. That could certainly be a possibility, of course, but there's also a decent chance you'll get it much sooner than that. I hope this gives some queuers a little bit of hope that you'll be gaming with your new 30-series TIs soon!

Check this, I found this in the r/teamevga subreddit and it seems there are two large batches from 7:20 to 7:29 and 7:40-7:49:
 
We'll most likely be the 2nd batch and by then approximately 30+ people will have gotten their card.

if you were lucky enough to get in on that queue, then you're almost guaranteed one. they only left the notification button live long enough for the amount they had.
 
however. if you got on the other queue for the same card (3967-KR) you will not be allowed to purchase it when your number comes up. at checkout the real skus are itemized and it will see that you already bought one and wont let you get a second one. this happened to me for the 3070 launch. I was on the queue for the 3070 black with the T-shirt as well as the regular 3070. i bought the cheaper launch edition with the shirt first, then when the second one came up, i was not permitted to buy it.

Just confirmed the extended warranties aren't offered on anything other than KR models. My BB purchase date was 5/13 but I only picked it up on 5/23, but I guess that counts as being outside 14 days based on the "purchase date". That REALLY sucks.

You get 90 days to purchase the extended warranties, even on KB models.  This will make your card eleigible for step-up since you registered it outside the 14 day window.
 
Something else is wrong if you can't see the purchase warranty button under the card in your product details.  Try closing all browsers and reloading the site.

All I know is from experience.  Bought the extended warranty on my 3070 KB card 80 days after I bought it.

Watch some evga videos and you can hit elite today then queue up.  Or you can wait until tomorrow at around 9am PT.

The 3060 launched when the queue was well established. There were no barriers for signing up on the queue, and it had moved over 12 hours in the 3 months it has been out. This card was also significantly more desired by miners (as it was well known that the hash limiter would be bypassed soon). The 3070 is a similar story. I see no reason why the queue will be significantly worse than the 3060. It may not be better, and it could be slightly worse, but I just dont see it being significantly worse. But we are both just speculating. Let's wait and see for a couple days, let the data speak for itself.

So it begins, the 1st round of 3080 Tis are getting sent out. Good job to those who got in super early. I'd like to see them come up to mid 7:30s but since this is the first drop, we have no metric of whether its alot or nothing.
