Hey man I don't think it'll be that bad at all. I have a feeling almost everyone who went for the queue was on the forums, and judging by that, it doesn't seem to bad. I think we'll get through the first couple of hours by the end of this month, or the end of next at worst. I think it's just a lot of doom and gloom because of the website crapping out. I'm pretty sure we'll all get an e-mail soon. I'm inclined to believe that site crapping out was more related to some of the changes they made yesterday. I was just practicing signing up for some queues yesterday and website kept crapping out. I think if you signed up by 9:00 pacific, you'll have a card before september.

Shouldn't matter


Just confirmed the extended warranties aren't offered on anything other than KR models. My BB purchase date was 5/13 but I only picked it up on 5/23, but I guess that counts as being outside 14 days based on the "purchase date". That REALLY sucks.

Lol no offense but if you think we will get through the first couple of hours by the end of this month you clearly are not aware of the mess since September...
 
I'd be surprised if we move even 1-2 hours in the next 3 months.

Been there before, it's always a mess.

Just confirmed the extended warranties aren't offered on anything other than KR models. My BB purchase date was 5/13 but I only picked it up on 5/23, but I guess that counts as being outside 14 days based on the "purchase date". That REALLY sucks.


You get 90 days to purchase the extended warranties, even on KB models.  This will make your card eleigible for step-up since you registered it outside the 14 day window.
 
Something else is wrong if you can't see the purchase warranty button under the card in your product details.  Try closing all browsers and reloading the site.

I also have an RTX 3090 K|NGP|N Hybrid on my notification. I was planning to buy this. What will happen to my notify for that if I get my RTX 3080 Ti notify? I'm kinda concerned that this will put me at the back of the K|NGP|N Hybrid queue, which is currently 168+ (minus me) so far, as if my notify gets cancelled due to the RTX 3080 Ti queue, I'll need to sign up for the queue once again, and I don't know how long the RTX 3090 production will last.
 
That being said though, I'm just glad I got through. I signed up for notifications for the RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra (air-cooled) and the RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 Hybrid (CLC liquid-cooled). Although one or the other will end up getting cancelled because of what I just said. Is that how the system works - once one notify is fulfilled, then the others may get cancelled and I will need to go back of the line for each?

Ugh, I'm even more frustrated not seeing a lot of similar stories. Did a lot of you get signed out randomly? Or did it only affect me and a few other people? It seriously screwed over my chances because I got the product page to load in a timely manner only to see there was no auto-notify button and that it was an "elite member exclusive"... When I tried clicking that, it took my to the elite member details page. That's when I realized I wasn't signed in and it took my literally two more hours to finally get the login page to work. I was able to pull it up after one of those hours, but then I got error messages saying they updated the site and to try again. This sent me back to refreshing and praying. I was logged into the site half an hour before the launch posting on the forums before it booted me out..

They do, but the tweet says it's now until 9 AM PT - so they extended it by three more hours. Again though, not like it matters since we likely won't even pass the first day by year's end.

I'm just not comprehending what Jacob tweeted. 
My thought is that Elite members get 24 Hr early access starting from today at ......oh hold on.  It started at 6am PST today. I see now. So it's an extra 3 hrs then. OK - I  wasn't taking the PST-EST time difference into account....I need a nap

I queued up at 7:46 PST so I'm probably going to be the 2nd batch. Hoping I get one this month or mid-July

Each Queue is separate.
You can get one of everything.
So should not be an issue.
