Hello! I have some problem with pc when setup XMP 3600mhz, system is working, but sometime games/programs would be crash. Memtest86 show even errors, memtest5 - more then 200 errors.  If I set memory to 3500mhz manual, all fine, don't any errors in tests. Even if I overclock the memory to 3700-3800mhz, it is unstable, system don't boot or bsod, even up to 1.4v - don't help.

My pc:
i7 8700k 4.5ghz
EVGA Z370 Classified , bios 1.12
Kingston HyperX Predator 2x8GB 3600mhz HX436C17PB3K2/16

VCCIO & VCCSA up to 1.25, Vcore 1.3 - don't help (

What other solutions can there be?

i kind of have the same issue, mine is galax hof 3600 c17 8g*2 with z370 classified (1.09 or 1.1 bios).
i used to have gigabyte z370 and i successfully got 3600c14 without any problem.
after changing to z370 classified, 3600c14 brings me lots of stutterings in game like bfv.
then i just enable xmp @ 3600c17, without touching the rest settings, the stutterings issue is still here but a lot smoother.
if i dont enable xmp at all, no stutterings...

you should try 1.35 for vccio and vccsa.

Sounds like faulty memory if you're getting errors in memtest at xmp speeds.

But what is interesting is that memory at xmp 3000mhz passes the test without errors.

Yeah, which is lower than what the kit should be able to run at.

I read some threads where the same problem with ram on EVGA Z370 Classified K. Do you plan to release a new version of the BIOS for greater compatibility of RAM?
    Thank you.

How old is your Power Supply?
I think it may your Power Supply is low watts and you want to overclock maybe that that Memory Rams are not enough juice from power draw!! least 650 watts will be Recommend!

Have you try reset default your motherboard BIOS setting and try start again without overclock?
Go to your BIOS setting and reset default and save then press and hold power button wait for itself off power in 5sec I thinks! Unplug your power from the wall then wait for 15 secs let power drain down from your motherboard.
After few secs boot up and be ready hit DEL go to BIOS setting ( do not logon to windows yet) Do your usually setting as before what you did (Do not overclock yet) when you have done setting your BIOS then do save and reboot one more time hit DEL go your BIOS setting try overclock your RAM by select Memory Profile > Profile XMP 1 (do not overclock CPU and mess about voltage yet) save and reboot hit DEL and check your voltages you will see it rise more voltages automatics and you can logon to Windows....so let try test again!
Let us know and Hope it help you....

Thanks for the advice, I tried, unfortunately it did not help. It was possible to find another stable frequency in manual mode, 3700mhz, 20-22-22-42, 1.4v, but these are very large timings. Now my ram is stable in 3333mhz, 15-17-17-36, 1.35v.
The precipitate from the inability to use remained, the more I expected, even to overclock a little.

Hello. Question to the representative of the EVGA. Please tell me if this is an error in the parameters of the BIOS RAM.
    When setting tWTR_S - 4 and tWTR_L - 12 in BIOS, in Windows it shows tWTR_S - 5 and tWTR_L - 13.
And also if you set the value of tWRRD SG and tWRRD DG a similar problem in the display of values.
Can you please tell me, are the features of BIOS or should it really be so?
