Is there any news about an AIO from EVGA for the 3070? They only have the 3080 and 3090 boards.

At some point but probably not, there are already so many cards EVGA is producing and the 3080ti is around the corner but for not probably not but who knows!

Unlikely, the 3070 doesn't really need one.  You can get a block for it at about the same price an AIO kit would be, but honestly if you get a higher end air cooled one you shouldn't have any heat issues, these things don't put out anywhere near the wattage of heat that a 3080 or 3090 does.

The cost/benefit doesn't really make sense on a 3070. On one hand, the GPU is much easier to cool, so the temp reduction won't be as high as a 3080/3090. On the other hand, the cost is a higher fraction of the price of the GPU since the cost of AIO parts is relatively constant (except if they had 120mm version for 3070 vs the existing 240mm for 3080/3090, but that's more complicated from a supply management perspective). Furthermore, any card with an AIO means potentially reduced case compatibility, so it reaches a narrower market.

I don't think they will because the cost of the performance gain doesn't make sense on the 3070. Maybe the 3070 ti but likely not.

You probably have to look at after market kit. Cost / Performance probably makes it not worth it to make one.

    I don't think 3070 need a water cooler.
