Hello,

I recently purchased an EVGA RTX 2080 Super and the card works great. I've also installed the X1 Precision software so I can monitor things as well as change the default LED color(s). Just recently, for some reason the actual logo that appears on the side through my case just doesn't display anymore. I didn't come across any option within the X1 Precision UI that will allow me to turn it back on. Overall, the colors and all that good stuff still work and the card stays cool. If I want a static color, to pulsing, breathing, or even rainbow, it all still works. Just the actual 'EVGA | GeForce RTX 2080' doesn't show. Any input or assistance would be appreciated.

Have you physically inspected the card to see if any of the cables that plug directly into the pcb aren't fully seated?

Hi Sajin!  Thanks for the reply, it's much appreciated.  I took the card out and inspected it.  From what I could tell, everything appears to be firmly in place, nothing loose or disconnected.  I've gone back to my original post to include some pictures of what it's looking like also to help explain what I see.  As I mentioned before, the card works fine as it always has.  It's just that the 'GeForce RTX 2080' logo along the actual card itself is no longer present.  On the screenshots that I included, I used the X1 Precision Software to cycle the static colors from blue to red.  All the other options also work still, such as 'pulse', 'breathing', etc..

Same problem here, my card's logo doesn't light up and I can't control / light RGB (never worked).
