Only EVGA knows for sure re drops (e.g., when and what volume). That said, a 10/30 registration date is still many, many weeks away (assuming similar cadence and volume of past drops). Maybe by the end of 2021.... Sorry I don't have better news.

Another HC 3080 the real question is did one trickle out or just delayed scalping while they waited for prices to rise higher?
Possibly. I'm curious if there are any retailers that stock the HC cards--so far it only seems like EVGAs' store and scalpers on eBay. Funny enough there's a 3080Ti HC that's going less than the 3080 in the link. The wait for 3899 continues...  enewt, thank you for maintaining this list! Here's hoping we're all going to get our cards soon enough.
