reinvented Still exhibiting the same problems of a fluctuating power target and temp slider. I set mine to max for my card (114%, 88c), and upon reboot it'll be 113/88. Still using 430.86, and did a clean install of PX1. Hopefully you guys can figure this out!
Type 114 in the Box hit the Enter Key then Click on the Apply Button and then the Save Button. Worked for me.

jedimstr So I must be blind because I can't find how to set the Frame Rate Limiter mentioned in the change notes. Where is it set in the X1 ui?
Look in lower panel where the ICX info is displayed. Click on the right arrow four times and to the right of the TEMP Color is the Framrate Target settings.
Thanks! I AM blind...

Welcome to the Forum. It does not work and you should turn it off. Also I recommend you install and use the Standalone version and not the Steam Version. Just look here once a week or so https://www.evga.com/precisionx1/ on here on the Forums under EVGA SoftwareI do a full clean up between each version anyway https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2947719 & https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2947737

So I tried out the New X1 out, everything seems to work. But I did notice on the Valley benchmark thing that when I enabled the OSD, a weird horizontal blinking, rainbow line would appear on the left hand side of my screen. If I disabled the OSD it would go away and run normally?
Anyone else experience this, maybe a fix for it. Thanks in advance.

Anybody feel like their GPU performance is worse with the latest PX1? I've started getting crappy performance in The Division 2 again. I hadn't played since updating PX1 two days ago and noticed the performance loss after that. Might roll back and see whether I notice a change.

Anyone else experiencing their GPUs running a bit hotter and louder than normal on the new X1? My CPU temp is quite cool at an average of about 42°C. GPU temp for my main game FFXIV is usually around 55°C or so, but for some ungodly reason it's hovering around 68°C. It's not GPU intensive game, so I'm wondering if anyone else is having similar higher temps in their games. It's not a big deal, but just something I'm noticing . . . when the OSD decides to work. :/

Yes. My Division 2 settings haven't changed yet my last two plays since installing 3.19 the GPU has been running 6-7C warmer and not holding it's usual overclock. I'm rolling back to 3.17

Everything back to normal in PX1 3.17. Now I think I can say the cause of crappy performance in The Division 2 when I first started playing the game was early PX1 versions. For now 3.17 gives me the best performance from my GPU. EVGA might want to use 3.17 as a reference to see what's going on with the other versions. The versions other than 3.17 cause random FPS drops, higher GPU temps and less stable core clocks.

BCav, this is about the only explanation I could possibly think of for The Division 2. Alternatively, I think it can be applied to other games/apps as well. Since then, I've noticed other titles running my GPUs much warmer than normal, fan curves applied but they're not correlating to the temps so they're basically static. I don't know whether the issue lies within Win 10 Pro's newest update(s) not allowing certain things to save or X1 is just borked in the "official" release. I'm gonna try some older version of the software and see what gives.

3.17 is very stable for me, plus thats what I have had a few members on here tell me to use. I tried the 3.19 and had issues with it. 3.17 works great for me.

Cpu usage is still way to high for this to be usable for me both on a 9900k z390 and a 7960x x299 machine

Does the new version support Logitech Keyboard LCDs? I've never been able to use it with my G19s. However the older XOC software worked fine with my older GPU / LCD.

Re: EVGA Precision X1 - Version 0.3.19.0 (OFFICIAL RELEASE - NON-BETA)

Sorry to say, but in my opinion this software does not even deserve an alpha status let alone an official release version. I am a fresh owner of an EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid and was happy that this card has two 4-pin PWM connectors but in my case Precision X1 is useless. The Card works more or less with no software, but the auto fan curve is way too aggressive jumping to 80% fan speed with around 1800RPM at 50°C GPU temperature is madness and way too loud. So i installed Precision X1 and set a custom fan curve what ended up in a cluster f*** First of all the one good thing, the onboard fan works with all modes (auto, manual and custom fan curve) fine and changes the speed immediately. Fun fact the normal-OC-switch seems only to affect the fan curve of the onboard fan, what is pretty useless in my opinion because the 120mm radiator fan has always the same aggressive fan curve and is under normal circumstances always louder than the onboard fan. The radiator fan works fine in auto mode, unfortunately the fan curve is way too aggressive for my ears. The manual mode works more or less, when the fan is set to a lower speed than 40% it doesn't work, the fan speed stays at 40% even with a Noctua fan that can run >20% and it takes 10 to 20 seconds for the fan to ramp up or slow down. In custom fan curve mode the problems start, the fan speed works and follows the fan curve but the RPM jump randomly all over the place and has nothing to do with the targeted fan speed. Last but not least the extra fan port where the **** show really starts. In auto mode it works kind of, if the card gets warm the fan ramps up but if the card is not under load like in desktop mode, the fan starts and stops all the time even with a Noctua fan that can run >20% and the fan speed percentage jumps permanent between 38% and 45%. The manual mode does not work at all regardless what fan speed is set, the fan speed percentage and RPM jump randomly all over the place. In custom fan curve mode it has the same problem as the radiator fan, the fan speed works and follows the fan curve but the RPM jump randomly all over the place and has nothing to do with the targeted fan speed. I tested with the included EVGA fan and some Noctua fans, always the same problems regardless which fan was connected. I am very disappointed that EVGA cannot even deliver a software that is capable of such a simple function like fan control. For now, my mainboard controls the radiator fan and keeps the Card under full load at 55°C with tolerable 60% fan speed. I hope that will be fixed quickly, it is a bit ridiculous that you need third-party hard- and software that a 1000 bucks expensive graphic card can run properly.
