I can’t change anything to do with voltage or clocks when boost is locked. It locks it to the advertised boost and that’s it. Do you think I need a clean install? Because I cannot add any more offset to the clocks when it’s on.

I can't change the voltage either, but I can change the clocks even when the boost lock is enabled.

Odd. I'm having the same problem. It locks my 2080 Ti KPE at 1770 Mhz. If I turn boost lock off, it will overclock to 2055 Mhz regardless of what core offset I have applied. I have to change the core offset to 0 then back to my desired offset to get it to run at that speed. 
 
Are you running dual monitors by chance? 

As a matter of fact I am running duel monitors. Is there a way to get it to work? I won’t be at my pc until next Sunday. I’ll try a clean PX1 install and see what happens. Do you suggest I unplug a monitor and see if I can adjust things?

Just reading through this thread I'm still unclear on how to achieve this boost clock. My card does 2190 without issue and then gradually decreases with temp to 2175 or 2160. So can I simply run PX1 in the background with AB and dial in 2190 in PX1, or is it the offset that needs to be in PX1? That is 2190-1770 (the spec boost clock)=420? Thanks.

I've got the same question. But I'm likely sitting this one out and installing the next version once the new feature is more solid

Today it only showed my 2080ti ultra as having only 2 fans. Restarted the application and it went back to 3 fans.

Certainly needs more development time.

I really like to Lock, but the slider needs to go higher than 2500!

just to report that today, while playing a game, I noticed on the OSD overlay the 3rd fan was at 0% while the 3rd memory bank was getting at almost 75C.
 
went directly to precision X1 and, once more, the card was detected as a ftw3 ultra AND only 2 fans. also, my custom fan curves are gone.
 
is someone from EVGA reading this topic? make a software that goes hand in hand with your hardware, why amazing parts like this 2080 ti if the software is not working as it should, even such basic stuff like fans that control temperature? what would happen if by any chance I would not have the overlay on? I keep reading about people going for msi afterburner, no wonder why! if I was responsible for this precision x1 software, I would be pissed to read that but on the other hand, it seems that not much is being done to counter this. people go msi afterburner because it works.
 
in the end I will keep using precision x1 to give it a chance, I believe evga hardware should go with evga software. AND I have hope EVGA will solve this once and for all but will be EVEN MORE careful to not damage anything. we have this software to monitor out cards but this software also has to be monitored if it is working as it should. this is just not acceptable.
 
and I have it running as admin, I have done everything, including formatting my computer and installing everything fresh!

I updated my EVGA Precision X1 to 0.4.8.0 and it deleted my saved profile and when i have the LEDs set to static there's no colors to choose from.

Anyone else having the issue where CPU ANYTHING is NOT showing up? In hardware monitoring, only the number 1 thing is available (usually it has 123456) and there's no CPU temp, CPU package temp, or none of the other cores. I have re-installed several times and it just won't show up. ****?!

Maybe doing a PX1 Clean Up will help.

Thank you, but unfortunately that is one of the 1st things I tried. Did not work for me. Cannot see anything having to do with CPU. Guess I will be going back to Afterburner, I'm always having to troubleshoot this thing, I have none of these issues w/ AB.

This is supposed to work with 10 series too? My 1080 Ti FTW3 LED's don't change and the graphic shows 2 RTX cards connected with the HB bridge with no options for me to change the EVGA logo or backplate logo.
