Can anyone explain to me why previous version's settings can not be saved and carried over to newer versions of PX1?
 
Once again I have to recreate my fan curves. At least the target/GPU on the main page were carried over.

I would recommend Not using any settings from an older Version of PX1 or even PXOC.
Changes made between versions add and remove features as well as correct features.
I highly recommend completing an PX1 Clean Up. Really no different than using DDU between Drivers.

Most of the time changing NVIDIA Drivers I keep PX1 as is, only if I see issues with PX1 after a NVIDIA Driver Change do I do a PX1 Clean Up.
So far I have only done this one time under PX1 and 2 Times under PXOC.

 
Again my complicated fan curves gone, i'm really pissed off! This is 6th!!! time. Without permission!!! I'm getting very annoyed with the shear incompetence of the devs. Also fan boys annoy me, with their patch-up solutions. Restarting PX1 everytime after my PC comes out of hibernation, because my fans cry like baby's, is not a solution. Maybe you should start with fixing bugs instead of introducing new features. I don't care that your devs are bored with bug fixing, they should spend their time on fixing and testing, NOT NEW STUFF. You only introduce new bugs without fixing the old ones.

Also I demand a solution to get my old fan curves back, otherwise I will RMA my card for the 5th time... You make my stuff unworkable. I don't have the time to test your stuff and time after time reset my fans.
First you erased XOC without persmission, with this buggy pile of poo. I'm really mad. No excuses or solutions. Your customer service is really bad.

I don't believe PX1 is starting up with OS.
 
I'm having to click on PX1 so as to get the PX1 Tray Icon to then show up.

Will not install on Windows 10, 1903 I get precisionXServicehook.dll errors..

Did you uninstall the Oder Version and then Restart the Computer and then install the Newer Version?
A PX1 Clean Up may correct this. See Posts;

Post an image of the Settings Page.
It should look like this, this is saved as Profile #1
 
 
Then Start Task Scheduler and you should see this; (You may need to hit the F5 Key to Refresh)

I also still do this: Setting up Precision X1 to Run as administrator

I have PX1 set up correctly same as yours with all selected other than Splash Screen.
 
What I found interesting in task scheduler was the Last Run Result (even after a refresh) says "the system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)"
 
Double clicking on the EVGAPrecisionX line I found PX1 was Configured for" Windows Vista" so I selected Windows 10 instead. I also deselected the box that had PX1 "Run with highest privileges."
 
I also have it running as administer but it makes no difference. I believe the initial upload I should have selected run as administrator but the recent version had corrected this issue already. It appears the problem has reoccurred with 4.4.
