I have 2X 2080 Ti FTW3 HC. I am only able to set the SLI bridge and one of the GPUs LEDs with LED Sync software. In PX1 I can only set a single GPU's LEDs PX1 v 0.3.16.0 Any ideas?

rchiwawa FWIW, I hopped on to see if anyone was having the problem I was seeing with PX1 v0315 and v0316 where my power target was not being saved to profile but all other settings were. Manually applying the target to 124% (FTW3 Ultra fwiw) would stick in the GUI but my card would still use an absolute max of 300w on v0315 and 330w on v0316. I reverted to my best experience v0311 and the card started drawing its usual max of just under 370w in my most demanding uses. I saw u/d.burnette could get 0316 to apply the actual targets when running px1 as admin but since I very much loathe the splash graphic present on v0315 and v0316 I think I am just going to forget about future revisions and consider myself lucky that 0311 seems to be absolutely trouble free for me.
That issue was caused by the new Driver, go back to 425.31 will fix the Power Target or Run PX1 by Right Clicking and Select Run as administrator. Power Target cannot be changed after updating to NVidia driver 430.39

Thanks, bcav, we can always rely on you to lay it out in full. I am pretty happy sans PX1 splash screen having reverted back to v0311. Since it's fully functional on my rig I am just going to pass on future versions of PX1 unless for some awful reason I need to update it. Also, with revs 0315 and 0316 if PX1 is running DX:MD will crash randomly where with 0311 I have no such problems. For my plebian edition RTX card, it seems the best release.

An odd find for me was one RTX rig the Logo after a few seconds the background turns Black but not seeing on my RTX K|NGP|N rig. But for K|NGP|N owners they need at lest 0.3.16.0 to correct the OLED Screen on the Graphics Card... Pump to Rad change that is. Also "future versions of PX1" hold New Firmware and I installed a new PX1 Version and update the Firmware and then returned to the older version of PX1.

Did you click on the Chan Link in PX1 to set them All? The only item that is not saving the Color Selected after a reboot or a Power Down is the EVGA NVLink Bridge and is a known issue with EVGA. Also I Do Not Install and use LED Sync Software.

I figured out pretty early on that coding wasn't for me and I don't envy the software side of the house at all... Good God, I hope they steer clear of the forums and just use Jake as a relay.

Are you using 2 Separate PCIe Power Cables from your Power Supply to the Graphics Card and using Only One Pigtail From Each Cable? Have you Powered Off and Turned Off the Power Switch for a few minutes? "I installed the newest version and after uninstalling" Change to the OC Bios for your Fans to run if you have NO PX1 Installed.

You have to have PX1 Installed and Running to use a Fan Profile. The Other Bios will allow the other fans to run.

No, some members want the Fans Off. As why you have the Other Bios. I use PX1 but No a Fan Profile and I start it up to set my Fans and OC and then Exit.

The do this https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2947719https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2947737Then uninstall all of the NVIDIA Drivers and Software and then run DDU in Safe Mode to Clean Up and then install what Driver you want to use. I recommend Driver 425.31 With PX1 or Without PX1. Beaversqueeezer so the software screwed up one of my bios?
What was the Last Version of PX1 did you install that Worked? See https://www.evga.com/support/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=59742 After running Precision X1 for the first time with a EVGA RTX 2080 or 2080Ti graphics card the program will automatically attempt to update the firmware of the card. If that update fails in some way, the card may exhibit erratic behavior including difficulty saving LED settings or having a fan stuck at 100% fan speed. If this issue occurs then you may need to apply a MCU (Micro Controller Unit) update in order to resolve the issue. 2080 FTW3 = http://storage.cdn.evga.com/driver/MCU/2080_FTW3_E198.zipor 2080 Ti FTW3 = http://storage.cdn.evga.com/driver/MCU/2080Ti_FTW3_E202.zip

You were Powered Off and the Power Supply Switch was turned Off and all the Motherboards LED/Lights were Off Before you changed Bios? MCU (Micro Controller Unit) Firmware is it not a Bios and this is what PX1 Updates if you say Yes/Update. The Memory and VRM need to get Hot Before the other two Fans Turn On. What are you running to make them get Hot? They Do Not Run All The Time. Remove your Graphics Card and Power On your Computer then Power Down and Install the Graphics Card. Checking your Fans https://www.evga.com/support/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=59739

I do want to note that the fans will not spin unless under load or at a temperature in which they would need to turn on to cool the card. This is how the cards are shipped out in stock form. With the OC vBIOS, one fan will always spin. When you are stating that the fans do not spin at all, do you mean they refuse to spin when the card is under load, or at idle? This is important to know as it may simply be normal operation of the card. -Jacob B.
